Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I went to order chicken that suppose to come with biscuit for my daughter and I was told by the cashier that they were out of biscuits. I asked if there was a discount since I’m paying for chicken with biscuit and he replied this so called manager without a name tag said no discount it’s not his fault I came when they ran out so no discount. That is so rude!!!!
Tried boneless chicken nuggets, had butter in it.Tasted good , but I couldn’t have more due to butter flavor.
Reasonably priced food with very limited options. Have to sit in a shared dining hall in Great Mall Milpitas.
I love their Popeyes Biscuits,Chicken, Fried Fish Sandwich & Cajun Fries ?
Popeyes did it again. Great food at an even greater price. We were shopping and decided to stop by the food court for lunch.
Updated 3/8/22Lobby and dining areas are currently closed while every other fastfood chain is fully openned. Drive thru open only.There is no outdoor seating. Self-service fountain drinks. The clean dining area is bright and open. There is plenty of parking in plaza and in the extended parking lot.
Don't try to use an in-store coupon from the app at this location. They refuse to take it and once you try to redeem it on the app, it does not let you use the same deal in a mobile order. If you tell them that you can't order the deal on mobile now that you redeemed the coupon for in store pickup, they shrug you off and tell you that there's nothing they can do.
Under staffed. Food wasn't correct. Pandemic service.
The customer service is terrible, the attention to the required products and the zero delivery, I love Popeyes but here I will not return
