I loved their tiramisu doughnut. They have a lot of flavors in pastries and good options for mango based pastries. But I found their pastries and cakes to be very dry. The level of sweetness is good and not too sweet.

I like this place and my overall experience with it has been really positive so far. They have decent amount of seating, nice selection of desserts, buns, sandwiches. Pastries are both sweet and umami, some with ham/meat. The place has drinks selection - both bottled and tea / coffee options. They have a freezer with ice cream, and pretty much everything you would need to throw a kid's birthday party - candles, party hats, whole cakes and cake slices. Nice ambience and polite staff. We keep returning to this place. Chocolate croissants are my personal favorites. I like that berries are always fresh in their cakes - for me it's a big deal if I meet a moldy berry, so I'm a bit picky and always check for that.

We have ordered cakes from this store multiple time since last year with good experience, but this time I got quite frustrated with the customer service there. We ordered a cake online after talking to a staff there. When I went to the store for pickup, however, they refused to bring the cake out despite I told them in the phone I was right at the doorstep of the store and I had paid online already. They were not quite nice and repeatedly asked me to go inside the store. We are still in the pandemic, and they should’ve respected each customer out of public health and safety concern.

Terrible experience can't believe this is used to be my favorite shop. Most disappointed with the Store Manager's attitude in handling my complaints. I asked for a store credit but was refused. End up I left the cake in the store for them. We only cut a portion of the cake to serve 8 guests and 6 guests only tasted one bite and left the cake untouched. The cake was tasteless and 80% all greasy creme and only 20% is cake.I don't mind the money is wasted but the way of a famous Paris Baguette name in reality how she handling complaints and lack of customer satisfaction is so terrible and disappointing.

Had a bomb toasted chicken/bacon panini and got some studying/work done here. Quick service, decent wifi, nice ambience. Do bring layers because some of the seating areas have vents right over so it can get chilly. Parking can be challenging during peak hours since it's a plaza lot with lots of popular food spots.

I have been coming to this coffee shop for five years now. The choices of bakery are excellent. The quality is good. They also have a section for cakes that can be bought in slices or entire cake. The coffee is good. The sandwich selection is good. The sandwiches are made in french baguette bread which are crispy outside and soft inside. The seating in the cafe is not very working or studying friendly. But this is definitely a great coffee shop go to after a Sunday lunch meal with friends and family. It is alive and lots of people gathered together to socialize. I have never been disappointed with any visit here.

Horrible customer service

We went here today for first time, and omg everything here is delicious!! Loved everything! Not too sweet, just right amount of sweetness and fresh taste. From now on will be buying pastries & croissants from here. Best croissants ?? A++++

I had high expectations from this cafe. And I found it just ok!I ordered pumpkin spiced latte - it was okay!!! Their Americano is tasteless! We also ordered chicken sandwich and chocolate Croissant. And none of them were outstanding!Just fine!

I want to like this place, but with the stiff competition in the Bakery industry this place just doesn't cut it.I have to say the best thing about this place is the presentation of the baked goods...aesthetically pleasing. The interior decor is chick and trendy as well...but that's about it!The decor theme extends to the food as well. However there is nothing memorable about the food. I purchased several items over the years only to have the same disappointing reaction:~ Sweet Potato Pastry - 2/5Nothing memorable. Edible, but nothing stood out out about it.~ Mini Pastry - 2/5The same...nothing memorable. Edible, but nothing stood out out about it.~ Primium Japchae Croquette - 2/5The Croquette turned out to be too oily. It was not all that tasty and left me feeling a bit thirsty.~ Green Tea Chiffon - 2/5The Cake definitely looked better than it tasted. The inside was too dry and lacked flavor. The frosting also felt a bit unusually heavier.~ Blueberry Yogurt Cake - 3/5Probably the best thing I had here...pricey at $6 something a slice. Not worth it.From my experience there are far better bakeries/cafes than this place.
