Been there 3 times this year two out of those three times i was given dirty silver wear double check yours if you plan go there since it is located at the great mall plenty of parking is available the worker's are always nice the food varies per dish but usally good I'd say the pastas can be better amd more affordable home cooked but thats just my opinion the desserts usually make it worth it for me be prepared to spend 45- 50 per person if you are getting a meal, appetizers,and dessert
I have been here a couple of times. I like the Fettuccine Alfredo and CYO Pasta (Five Cheese Marinara Spaghetti).They have long wait times but you can surely shop around at the Great Mall.
Delicious Food, great Drinks and a very Attentive waitress
Shrimp scampi was fresh and well seasoned (I was worried the pasta might be too salty but it wasn’t). I got salad with the pasta and both portion sizes were surprisingly big. The garlic bread was freshly baked so that was nice too.
The African American girl at the front is very unprofessional, rude, and has no customer service skills. She needs more training. The manager is aware and is nice about it. Corporate really needs to look at this location. As I am from Fremont, and that location is better, however, I work in Milpitas.
The staff is very friendly and the store is big and huge. Love the food and the environment.No complaints at all
Alejandro was such a nice waiter. Attentive, helpful, and all around charming. He made my young niece feel like a lady rather than a little kid and I really respected that. Constatly check up on us as well as other diners to make sure we didn’t need anything else. I wouldn’t expect such great service from an olive garden… maybe just got lucky this time! Will for sure come back.. hoping to see Alejandro again, call me Lol! Kidding, he was very professional and cute.
Food was good. Really like the $5 take home entree. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Sadly, both times recently we have gone there we have encountered gnats around our food. It is making us think twice about going back.
