Ordered large fries with my 2 McChicken sandwiches, didn't get the fries. Come to find out he never charged me for the extra large fries. He repeated my order and even mentioned that I wanted no salt on the large fries. A female supervisor or manager came to the window and I clarified it with her that he never charged us for the fries. She didn't asked if I wanted the fries after I told her he took my and repeated back to me but never charged me for it. But instead she went and got me the fries than charged me nearly $5 for it.
I’m lucky if I ever get hot food here. Indoor or drive thru things are constantly missing in orders. Today ordered happy meal and was charged for the chocolate milk which is included, asked about this and was corrected, in changing 1.29 off the he new order was wrong again now charging for two mchicken full price instead of discounting second to a$1. They appear to be stealing from the folks who keep them in business. I would stop going but have grandchild who enjoys it, maybe McDonald’s on calaveras further but way better
Just like any chain restaurant the food is always great and the same. I like it here because it's 24 hours and you have the 711 next door to get any other snacks you need!

Always great service and great value. My neighborhood McDonald's that I've been coming to for decades now. Fast and friendly service.
Sink in the mens restroom is under repair but nobody is fixing it yet but they are still serving food but maybe there is a second sink in the back you might say. Idk ill just take this at face value.
Ordered from the app. Service was quick via curbside pick up. Chicken nuggets were great but the fries were not as fresh as they typically are.

First time I've ever had bad service at this McDonald's. I was very clear about what I was ordering. I gave her the money...and I thought " that amount $ isn't right". I asked her TWICE to repeat my order- which she looked straight at me and ignored! Yep, she messed up my order! No I didn't reorder, I just will make sure she doesn't wait on me ever again!
