I would give it a 0 star if it was an option, Place is unsanitary, the service is horrible. We sat down, the waitress did not say order through an app, she said use QR Code to look at menu. Our food came out and our check did too. Waitress threw the check on the table and said pay now and stood there. I haven't even eaten yet. When she charged my card I signed it and I was not ready to give her the signed receipt because still thinking how much I should tip. But she literally reached over my food and across my face to grab the receipt. At this time I finally got 2 bites in and the other waitress started cleaning the floor next to me. With pure bleach smell. We decided to pack everything and leave but the togo container had 2 bugs one dead and one flew out. I'm done with this place wish you have a better experience than I did
Amazing noodles and soup. I’m from Lanzhou and these noodles are the most authentic I’ve had here in the US. Can’t wait to go back!
Lanzhou hand pulled noodles are the best noodles I've ever had and will be my go to comparator when weighing up against other types of noodles (mainly ramen). The slow cooked beef broth is full of flavor with a mild spiciness that doesn't overpower or linger. My table also ordered cold tofu with century egg. I tried a bite, then one or two more, and again until it was finished. I appreciate the complicated flavor and texture of the dish.Like many dine in restaurants in 2022, the menu is a qr code scan and requires a phone number to place your order. Currently, their online menu is missing photos of some of their dishes, but that's easily resolved by checking out photos from other reviewers. The online menu is easy to use from multiple phones.Service was quick, even during a busy dinner service.Edit 2022/04/12: The restaurant features the Michelin mascot, which I believe means they were awarded at least one Michelin star. I'm not sure where to find definitive info about it.
I didn't care much for the noodles. It all goes down the same way regardless of whether its hand made or machine made. The broth was really good though. So was the beef roll. Don't expect great service here though. Just come here for the food.
Nice atmosphere inside.Food was delicious. I picked a thick noodle and it was wider than I expected.Big portion...good luck finishingCash or cardFriendly service
This is my new favorite hand pulled noodle place. The noodles is always cooked right and doesn't have the weird flour taste. The clear soup is so good, especially during the winter. The beef roll is not bad too, a bit too heavy with cilantro for me but i am sure it is just right for others. They stuff a lot meat inside and the outer layer is nice and crunchy.
Editing to 5 stars after trying other noodle places in the area. This place is definitely on the top. The red oil dumplings were delicious too!
This is the best Asian food I have ever had in my life! Get their general chicken combo and you will understand.
Love the noodles although it's not as chewy as I personally preferred, the texture and the flavor was on point. The wonton in spicy oil is a must.
Decent Chinese northwest style beef noodle. The Lanzhou hand pull noodle soup with ROUND noodle is a must try. Flat noodle soak in soup easily and lost its texture quick unless you eat it really fast. Excellent customer service with awesome side dishes. I have tried so many Lanzhou hand pulled beef noodle soup all around California. This is the one that taste closest to the authentic Lanzhou beef noodle in China.老饕关键词:碱水面 清汤 真•手拉
