Great food! I was specifically looking for vegetable based ramen shop with not so super fishy broth, and that's exactly what I received! Very happy, will definitely come back here!! ???
Delicious ramen. I got the tonkatsu ramen with regular noodles. Was so delicious. Keep in mind this place is on the smaller side so be ready to possibly wait for a seat. We were right before the rush so we got seated right away.
Very busy during lunch time. The waitress was working so hard to serve us.You can choose thin or thick noodles. You can also choose the original soup or add spices to the soup (additional money). This is really good. As always, I chose the thin noodles. The egg was excellent and tasted exactly what I wanted. They have outside dining and inside dining at this moment (March of 2022)
I tried the veggie shoyu ramen here.Loaded with noodles, bean sprouts and mushrooms. The broth was clear.I would have loved it if it was a bit more spicy.Missed having the gyozas here as they are filled with meat.
Super strong garlic scent, and it actually has two-three pieces of black garlic, the texture is soft and delicious! But the broth is a bit too light for me. Other than that it’s above average!
Ramen was pretty awesome and filling, I also tried the mini chasu don, it was really flavorful. Would definitely recommend!
We initially were planning on ordering the Vege Shoyu Ramen however the waitress told us that there is fish in this dish. We were a bit disappointed by this as we had checked the menu and seen the Vege Ramen as well as the vegetarian symbol beside the name. It was late so we decided to stay and got the Vegetarian Maje Ramen - which doesn't have a broth but is Vegetarian. It was very nice but we just wish the vegetarian options were better labeled.
Got the black garlic pork ramen and it was pretty good taste and portion-wise. This plaza can get pretty busy during peak times so parking can be hard sometimes. My party got seated very quickly and we had at least 8 people. Service here is great and there's an option of sitting outdoors with heat lamps.
Ramen is awesome and Agedashi tofu was heavenly. Fresh ingredients and great taste. Also the ladies managing the place are very helpful and nice. Will definitely go back.
Takoyaki-was not crispy.-Lacked flavor-only good part was the sauceBlack Garlic Pork Ramen:- broth was okay ( the extra spicy is actually spicy)- the noodles seemed a little overcooked- egg was also a little overcookedNiku Ramen:- same as the other ramen ... less garlicy- the meat was kinda sweet... like al pastor
