Jollibee of Great Mall is my go-to location. What a fantastic way to end off a shopping spree! Expect long lines, but quick service.Please, please pick out what you want while you're in queue instead of reading the menu right when you get to the cashier. ?I always gotta get the chicken joy, but I'll occasionally steal a bite of the yumburger or the adobo rice. All the sides are great, but will never detract from the star of the show.It seems they've relatively recently remodeled, taking over the old Red Ribbon and installing a newer soda machine.
We still can see they have spicy chicken on the shelves, but they disallowed us to order in the store. The cashier said that’s for DoorDash order only. Then, we checked DoorDash, there is only original flavor.
The online order experence is terrible here.Visited here on06-11-2022, ordered online to'skip the line'.Truth is:1. The order pick up area is small and hard to find,2. Only one employee is working on online orders,3. Food is late for 25 minutes,4. Order was not checked by order number but name, no privacy is respected.Now I don't even care about how the food tastes like because it doesn't matter!
This "fast" food restaurant is an absolute joke. They give out orders by name, not by order number, which is idiotic. When you place an order online you get an order number that is 20 digits long so there's no way you can tell your place in the queue. After you place your order the waiter still has to take everyone's name, otherwise they don't know how to give you the food. Then you wait, for 30 minutes or so. And they give orders not based on everyone's place in the queue (like I said there's no queue because of their idiotic order numbers), but based on which customer is the loudest making complaints. Watching these people work during lunch hours is an absolute clown show.
We actually like Jollibee better than KFC! Jollibee chicken is crispy, tasty, and not greasy. I do wish however they had larger sizes of mashed potatoes especially in the family meals. Their Banana Lanka empanda is really good. They also have a peach mango empanada, I don't care for mango so haven't tried it. Ordering online is best because they do have long lines during peak times.
Staff was super nice as always but i went at a busy time so there were people including myself that had some order mistakes. The staff cprrected it ASAP and the food was as good as ever, so yummy. The place was rennovated and looks fantastic
Honestly the burgers at Jollibee reminded me of the burgers we were served in the high school cafeteria. Maybe it’s the grade of meat mixed with too many byproducts, or maybe it’s the fact that the burgers are very plain, served with just cheese and a little bit of thousand island dressing. I noticed a lot of customers ordering the fried chicken, so that might have been a better choice. The fries were nice, crisp and served hot.

Jollibee is the place to go for spicy fried chicken and Philippino favorites. There is something for everyone from a bucket of chicken spicy or regular to spaghetti, mashed potatoes, burgers, palabook Fiesta, rice, burger steaks, chicken tenders, etc. They have pineapple juice and unique dessert crunchy pies made from peaches and mangos to banana and jackfruit! The gravy that comes with every bucket is delicious and full of flavor way better than any KFC. Definitely a family favorite and always served fresh with a smile. The employees are kind and efficient moving the line fast. Overall a really nice place to grab a quick bite or take home to feed the whole family. Highly recommend this will become one of your favorite spots!
If you order in person I would recommend people to bring a book while waiting. It took me more than 30 minutes to wait for an order. It happened to me twice. There is definitely something very wrong with the way this is managed…..
