This is my favorite Jack in the Box store, staff is awesome. They are patient, make food fresh every time and Arecela is best staff there, whenever I order through DoorDash which has no option mention I need hash brown instead of meat patty (vegetarian option), she picks my call every time and patiently listens and never misses to prepare like we want, thank you Arecela :)
Poor busy hour management, the supervisor kept taking orders when she has 1 helper at a busy lunch hour. She could have let the customer know that it will take a while instead of taking orders. When I told her my feedback she was not happy about it.While I was waiting for my order another customer returned a spicy chicken sandwich because it wasn’t their order. They took the order in the back , I can hear them whispering, even though I didn’t see what was happening, it felt like they took out the meat and placed it in my spicy chicken order. I may be wrong but when I touched the chicken it was cold, it didn’t feel like fresh.
This place needs to be shut down or rehire new staff. Workers are very very slow and the male worker with the monkey mouth is very rude and not helpful. You work at a fast food restaurant to help and serve the community, not to give attitude and smart response because you didn't graduate and now flipping burgers.I made an online order and waited 20 mins for a milk shake and a slice of chocolate cake. Smh
After long day at work I went to Jack In The Box to get food. I have been going to this Jack in the Box everysince 1999. Today I got the worst customer service by the Manager. He said his name was Juan and the receipt said Julio. He lied about his name because he knew he was being rude. Short story short I got my food and checked my order and I was missing a ranch. I had asked for a ranch when I ordered and the lady said no problem. When I notice I was missing the ranch I had ask Juan/Julio for a ranch. He was rude and said that its only for salads. He didnt give me a chance to buy it by telling me to move out of my drive thru. How did this person get a manager's position when he cannot control his emotions. Is it worth being rude for a simple ranch? I lost my appetite and will not go to this Jack in the Box anymore.
Went in, ordered an ultimate cheeseburger ketchup only, but was charged (without my knowledge) for a bacon ultimate cheeseburger, and received it with mustard. Soda machine had about 4 options, staff was inattentive and somewhat rude.
My go to JitB. Usually great service, queues typically go by fast.I recommend you use the app for deals and promos. Sometimes having a mobile order will somehow trip up the employees, but they've been getting better at making that process smooth. It's nice to add a free milkshake or two tacos here and there.The area is in an upscale part of Milpitas so it's not to sketchy for a JitB.The food is probably 80% good. Why still four stars? It's because of the specific need that JiTB fills 24 hours.You're either intoxicated (not DDing) or can't be bothered to cook at home. When it hits at the right moment on a Friday night after late night drunken hijinks, oh boy, you bet JitB feels like a three star Michelin.So context is key here, and 80% of the time I'm satisfied.Some of the orders I keep coming back to are the ultimate cheeseburger and the dirt cheap tacos. The special limited edition items really slap too. The dip and crunch burger right now featuring special sauce/potato chips for an extra accent on the burger was actually transcendent.A neighborhood institution.
I used to like this place . I have been spending my hard earned money here for years!… as of late the individuals here are very incompetent. I always have to correct the person taking the order as far as their ingredients in some of their meals. Lately when I arrive in the a.m. for breakfast there is no hot coffee available. And when there is coffee made it is cold or lukewarm. I recently Took a survey off my receipt and filed a complaint . The store manager was nice enough to offer me some gift certificates for my issues as of late dinning at this location. It’s been a week and no word yet about the gift certificates…… or a call back from the store manager …. I wonder what the owner of this location thinks about this?? Of the majority of fast food places jack in the box is surprisingly up there in regards to the food quality and price.Surprisingly more affordable then places like Carl's Jr, McDonald's.There chicken sandwiches and breakfast burritos are awesome.
To be brutally honest; I don't usually eat fast food at all. But I couldn't resist a crunchy taco craving I had as I passed by this spot on my way to The Great Mall.I ordered inside; 4 tacos and a cup of water. Service was fast and the ranch with the taco sauce tasted like pure bliss on my crunchy tacos. ?One thing I noticed while I waited for my order, was how much fries they packed in the to go order's, they DO NOT skimp out; the curly fries towered above the brim of the packaging. Usually fast food joints skimp on the fries ESPECIALLY McDonald's, but here I noticed they just hook you up! Recommend this venue. ?
When I walked in ... the cook had about 15 tacos all sitting there. I asked for fresh tacos no sauce and they gave me 6 of those cold, "sat out" tacos. I returned them and the cook stood in background insisting and arguing in Spanish that they were hot and fresh... I did not like that attitude. I asked for no ketchup on the 2 sourdough jacks but ketchup was everywhere. Didn't want to return the 2 burgers after having the cook yell over the old tacos. I was glad a JIB (maybe manager) was there to side with me.Overall... food not good and wait time was too long for yucky lukewarm food and served with attitude.
