Okay tea quality (not recommending stuff that's lower on their menu such as peach tea and lychee tea). I've returned multiple times for their matcha cake. The strawberry princess cake is plain gross though. Order closes online half an hour before closing. Lines are usually long at night. Toppings are extra expensive and the dragon fruit drink didn't wow me at all. But the milk tea is still worth returning.

Love the drink especially Matcha Breeze some of the crew member there is very nice and have good customer services. Some I feel need a little more training with customer services. Overall love this place.
Another great tea house in Milpitas! The sea salt boba cake is a must try!
Popcorn chicken and boba are up to par! Only thing was service was a bit slow, but it was a busy Sunday afternoon and I think they were understaffed.

Pretty good tea and tasty cakes. I tried all their different cake flavors and they were all quite good. We only couldn't finish the durian flavor, not because it was bad, but because I can't eat too much durian without getting sick of it.
We tried their taro cake and dirty boba and it was too good! Definitely recommend this place
Came Monday noon for a dragonfruit tea (refreshing) and popcorn chicken (crispy, hot and well-seasoned). Wasn't busy at all and service was good. Lots of seating and modern inside. Hope to be back again soon to try other items.
