Q I don't think I'll be coming back here again. I've always had a positive experience with Fantasia with exception of this one. I came in to try their "muddy Okinawa". I walked in, the girl was pretty busy with the mobile phone sitting on the chair behind the counter and when I requested for my drink and though the drink was made pretty quick she pretty much flipped the straw at me instead of handed me the straw. It's been ages since someone threw something at me especially when I'm about to check out and pay for my drink. She may had a bad day or is having a bad day but you should never treat your customers by tossing the straw or anything to them.Price: $$Quality: A+Service: DNote: thankfully there are other businesses that sell milk tea at this shopping center and location. They are not the only place for me to go to and give my money

Terrible service I've ever seen, the young lady was very impatient when I was ordering a milk tea and asking her a question if I could choose sweetness for my tea. I was a waiter before, so I appreciate and respect anyone's serving, but I really feel offended today.

We have visited this boba shop lots of times, even though we live far away.. this is worth the drive. Specially for their fresh taro cold or hot taro milk, we have not found any place that has come close. We are sad that the Fantasia in Santana Row closed. But, this Milpitas one is still going strong.. still gets lines at busy times.
Been going here since the early 2000s. The boba here is good, I usually get the Latte one.
I've been coming to this place since 1998. The milk tea and service was good. These day my wife and daughter love it so much that I come here every week.The service has become Horrible. Especially the tattoo cashier girl that work there. No friendly expression on her face when you give her the money. One time she threw the boba straws on the counter like I was a dog to go fetch it. Stay away from this place...!!! There better boba milk tea in SJ.
The old faithful. Always consistent with the flavors. My favorites: avocado smoothies and black milk tea, 50% sweet, no boba.
So good!! Tried the white peach sunset (I think it's a mix of white peach, jasmine tea, and hibiscus and it was amazing. Love the option to customize the sweetness/amount of ice. Would definitely go back!
