I come here to get quick, convenient bite before a movie. Things seemed off tonight. The customer before me had a large order with lots of detailed requests, and took up time. I think the staff could have helped the line move along with another crew member helping. No one stepped up. I wanted to order a side of chips, and for some reason, they wouldn't sell any to me. In the verbal exchange of the crew, it seemed they kept a stash of chips reserved for online orders, but wouldn't offer me, a paying in-person customer, any. I know I'm not their boss, and can't tell them now to run their business, but as a customer, I think they can do better than this. No chips and no napkins, but the burrito was good.
I don’t mean to sound like a “Karen” trust me, I worked retail at great mall for 4 years. I also know and understand how frustrating and annoying working retail/in the food industry is. I know most of the time customers are usually the Karens. This is actually my FIRST time EVER making a review. I want to publicly share what I experienced yesterday, February 3, 2022 at approximately 12:10pm. Reason I’m being extra in adding time & date is because I unfortunately do not have the name of the person I want to complain about. I came in to pick up my online order, and as I was waiting for my food, the cashier person (not to be rude, but I couldn’t tell if it was a male or female) their identity confused me. I want to say it was a male because of how tall/huge the person was. Anyways, he was ringing up an older asian women, I want to say she was around 50? She was unable to figure out how to use the card machine, so she was struggling.. the cashier person then loses his patience and raises his voice at her saying “RIGHT THERE, RIGHT THERE, DO YOU NOT SEE IT, ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT EASY PEASY” all while making heavily breathing gestures as if he is completely about to lose his mind. I was getting ready to speak up to defend the poor lady, who NOT ONCE said a word back to him. The sad look on her face completely broke my heart, because all I can think is this can be my mom, or anyone’s mom. I hate myself for not having courage to defend her. I had an anxiety attack, and feared he can do something to my food. Also want to add on, I come to this chipotle so often because I work nearby, and THIS SAME EXACT cashier guy/women (what ever it is) is ALWAYS SO damn rude. Cleary despites his job and life with a passion. I hope this review can get to corporate. I might just call them to let them know.Also want to add that everyone else seems nice, it’s just THIS SPECIFIC PERSON.
Very slow not on time as promised. Chaotic atmospheres with many people in line. Nobody to take charge s total lack of leadership ncery unprofessional.
They don't serve fresh food here, very less quantity and burnt chicken. No cleanliness, Very pricey, never go to this place again.

I usually love eating food from Chipotle. Usually one of my go-to places. However, when I just went there, me and my mom ordered online, and i ordered a drink along with the meal; a fountain drink. I went to the soda machine and put sprite in my cup, the sprite was FLAVORLESS. the soda clearly lost its flavor. All chipotles I go to have this issue. The sodas clearly go bad at some point.

If you would like to try junk food you can have a best experience here with cheapest meat quality.
This is unacceptable. Burrito bowl delivered with just chicken meat and my burrito is mini sized with only meat in there. Did your workers even know how to make a burrito???? It is the second time this happened.
Food is good but it takes a lot of time to get your food ready
