Loved the food and drink!! Ambiance and service were also very nice!

This restaurant doesn't offer much for scenic location (strip mall next to Wheel Works), ambiance (some 80's style up in here), or decor (I think I saw a mermaid picture with a shell for a pasty). Our waiter was kind and helpful; however, I inquired about the tequila used in the house margarita and he told me that it could be any I wanted - Cazadores, Patron, etc. with no mention of an additional price. My friend and I each had two rounds of house margaritas ($10.99 each) with silver tequilas and later found out we were charged an extra $3 each. Not ok to offer brand tequila with no mention of the additional cost. Food was ok. My friend had a chili relleno that was covered in refried beans (?) and lacking much chili pepper. Her daughter had a tamale covered in brown sauce causing her six year old brain to entirely reject the meal. I had a chicken tostada. The thing all meals had in common- lack of flavor. Our waiter brought us hot sauce. So, three stars. It was ok.

Casa Azteca is as authentic as you're gonna get with Mexican food!! Their enchiladas (suizas-one shredded beef, one chicken) was absolutely delicious! The entrees come out on hot plates which tells you how fresh the food is and it doesn't come out after it's been sitting. Our waiter was super friendly, strawberry margarita (blended) was refreshing! My friend ordered rancheros enchiladas and she said it was also delicious! Definitely would come back! Thank you!!

Three generations of our family sharing another fantastic meal at casa azteca. Excellent margaritas, the crab enchilada is amazing, and everything from the house salad dressing to the chips and salsa is delicious. We have been driving across the bay for decades to enjoy this little gem in Milpitas and it continues to not disappoint!

Our first and our last time dining here. Taco salad was watery. My son didn’t even eat it, lady offered to replace it but my son lost his appetite and declined but they still charged us for it. Ordered a sprite which was lacking syrup, replaced with root beer lacked carbonation and finally, a coke which also lacking carbonation. Refried beans were dried. Top looked like it sat on their kitchen counter for a while. It took forever for server to replace the soda, take our order and deliver our food. The place was not even busy at all. Terrible food and awful service!!! Bus boy was the only thing great that happened during our meal.

Chips were great, entrees were delicious and the margaritas were amazing. Staff was so sweet and friendly.A little wait to get seated and served but other than that a solid place and a fun time!

They had my table ready and really took care of our needs. My daughter and her friends had a great time and the food was delicious.

So far this is the best Mexican restaurant in Bay Area, customer service, food and price are excellent, I went with my husband yesterday and we ordered tortilla soup as side , it was delicious we also ordered chimichangas and enchiladas. It’s a must to eat something here if you are close to Milpitas, super cheap we pay less than 70$ including beers and tip.

The service here is exceptional and the food is delicious. You’re offered fresh chips and salsa upon sitting. Their margaritas are very good. All meals come with soup or salad. The tortilla soup is amazing and comes with a small plate of sour cream, avocados and lime slices. I had the chicken enchilada and beef tamale combo plate. My husband had the shrimp and chicken fajitas. Both came out fast and hot. Everything was delicious. We will be back.
