I came here on a windy and rainy Monday morning and I gotta tell ya my visit was wonderful all thanks to Ricardo. Talk about a man who can keep grace under fire. He was able to accommodate everyone in the dining area and the drive thru at bay and in a calming relaxed demeanor. He wore a smile and never broke stride the while time. Ricardo was a joy to watch. He is in control and he owns it. I seen him check the quality of my food several times before handing it to me so it was not any mistakes. I love this! My food as a result came out perfect. Noting under cooked nothing over cooked. Lovely other staff members as well. The place was neat and clean.

Anytime I'm here I get attitude problems from staff, like I was bothering them and they were in the middle of something, especially if it's an online order (maybe they take that much more effort?)The screen for the drive thru is completely busted and hasn't been fixed in months, and you have to yell at the monitor to get noticed sometimes. The food was prepared as expected, but honestly the customer service is cold and lacking.You don't have to like your fast food job, and I appreciate you working during a pandemic, but please don't bring that negativity out on the customers.
Worst Burger King ever so for now. Still restrooms not working, that’s first of all. Nowhere to wash hands. No indoor seating but cafes around here working fine with indoor and outdoor seatings. Whooper tastes like it’s not the Whooper ? One pickle, some salad, some sauce, meat has no taste
Very quick and I had a complicated order not only was my order completed in a timely matter but he was also very understanding and respectful.
best whopper I’ve had on this side of the Mississippi, perfectly cooked fries and appropriately sweet soda (well taken care of machine)The young man who took my order 20 min prior to closing was respectful and prompt, a pleasure to speak too.
The ladies who work in the morning are rude and eating while working i was grossed out besides them not wearing a mask dont eat while ur preparing food. I was the only customer around 6am but still that was unprofessional
I was supposed to get a free ice cream with my mobile order, but I didn't. My request for it was ignored. No ketchup for fries either :(
Several times I have been delivered cold food and other times, delivered to wrong house. (This was during the COVID19 main onset). But I still think that they are a good idea for quick food.
