Love the drinks here. I just feel like I was not asked if i wanted jelly or what size do i want by the cashier.
Cashier was Phu. I ordered a large hazelnut mocha with less to no ice. Received a glass with 95% ice. I went back to complain. Phu said this is how they make it and she will not make it right. Told her I will leave a review, she said she doesn't care.Exactly the kind of attitude that pushes customers away. At least I am not returning.
They use stale milk. Got food poisoning after consuming their drink.
