Its amazing, not only the soup base is tasty, the noodles are also good, very chewy! And I love the tendon so much, super tender !The XLB is so juicy and they’ve made it when they got the customer ordered it! Good for try.The Braised beef combination is the best things I love over here, the tendon , the tripe is so tenderWe ordered 1 more plate to home and make another noodle soup, still tasting good! Noodles are limp -- my guess is that they were cooked ahead of time and only reheated. The soup has a strong Chinese herb smell and taste -- not for me. Waitress was friendly but the cashier didn't even say thank you after I spend more than $110 (tips extra) for lunch. Won't be coming back...

Noodle just ok, the Bun is not that good as expect, maybe try the special dumpling next time
Beef noodle soup was pretty good and had decent amount of meat however wasnt a fan of the noodles. Noodles felt a tad undercooked. Aside from beef noodle soup, we also ordered spicy pig ear appetizer, stir fry pea sprouts, cabbage pork dumplings, and this tofu skin bean curb wrap with lots of meat inside. Didnt finish everything so we reheated leftovers the next day and while eating the tofu skin dish, first bite i had I felt this hard sharp object within the meat. Took it out and it seemed like a bone shard. Continued eating only to find this dark triangular sharp object. Seems like a glass shard. If i had swallowed this, I would have needed a trip to the er. Quality is seriously lacking. Do you mince your own meat or buy preminced meat to put in your dishes? Dont think I will be returning.
