They have a lot of varieties and everything was fresh. You will probably have to go there multiple times to explore all options. The cakes I tasted were light and crumbly than I expected. I was expecting it to be soft and fluffy. But their buns and bread were great! The flavours in cake were subtle and not overpowering which I liked. It also has the right amount of sweetness. You will also get coffee and teas here to pair it up with your pastries.

Having worked in a restaurant, I know that the outward appearance of your common areas, reflects the cleanliness of your kitchen. With that being said I had a delicious Matcha bun, however when I want to use the restroom, I almost lost my breakfast. It was 10 minutes after they opened and it was very clear to me that this restroom had not been cleaned in a long time. Definitely not after closing yesterday or before they opened. Also, the main door was filthy with fingerprints. COVID much?
The Thai ice tea is Amazing!! Recommend getting a bottle of Thai ice tea and a pack of cheesecake. The milk tea is also very refreshing with strong flavor of tea, and very minimum taste of greasiness. Love it!

Great prices and good customer service from the lady at the front cashier stand。 bought 9 different type of sweet bread and costed $12. Out favorite was (coffee bread, red bean and taro bread)
Bakery and dessert hope with a variety of items. Love their bakery section more than the dessert. So many options, Milk butter puff pastry, cheese bun, brioche, lemon mini cupcake etc all good! Ordered a whole black forest cake! not good at all. they used store bought cherry filling not the fresh one… it was hopeless. i was expected the authentic one. They have a small seating area too. Now its limited due to social distancing.
They say you cannot go wrong with 85C. Every single item is made with just the right amount of sweetness. My personal favorites are the Almond Half Moon Cake, the Milk Pudding and the Brioche bread. Staff here are friendly. There’s lot of room to sit and chill.

I have been going here all the time for around 5 years now. Service is usually good and the pastries/drinks are always delicious!
