I got their red bean milk tea with half sweet and half ice. It was perfect. The red beans tasted fresh. The half sweet was definitely the right choice because the red beans themselves added to the sweetness.
Place to go for fruit based drinks. Love the ability to customise sugar level and the ease of ordering online (via google-Chowbus, no app required). Take out only currently. Limited storefront parking, have to loop around few times for street parking.
This place was my go-to place for quality tea & boba.But post-pandemic, quality of the boba was sooo arbitrary and never the quality of the past.Jun 27, 4pm: boba was so overcooked I could barely distinguish it from the tea. I'd rather cook my own boba to make it worth going to buy it here.2 stars for the still good tea though.
I actually tried it for the first time today, so I don't feel adequate enough to give too high a rating. However just based off the peach drink I definitely will be going back if I can help it!
Honestly at the prices they are charging, it doesn’t stand out at all. They are charging more than $7 for this large drink with no toppings at all. At least throw in some boba for the price. Also my oolong milk tea latte might have been mistakenly been made with soy milk because mine had soy flavor.

Yi Fang is such a yummy boba, tea etc. Drink shop. They have a large variety of drinks and the customer service is always nice. Drinks are made consistently delicious and the boba is always fresh and squishy!
We love visiting this store, but today, we asked to change our drink after paying and were unable to do so. I completely understand their reasoning, but Customer Service should be top notch at a place like this. Even so, the Aiyu green tea jelly tea was delicious and so was the Yifang fruit tea.
So glad they expend more and more stores around Bay Area, so I can buy whenever and whereevet which close to me. Try their new flavor matcha drink with boba, stay cool!
