I ordered a triple venti hazelnut latte. They literally served me a hot cup of milk with hazelnut syrup in it. I only figured this out after the drink, which had been served scaldingly hot, was home with me. For a three-shot drink, I couldn't taste the coffee. Open the cup and yep, it's milk. Just milk. With syrup. I won't bother with colorful language or snarky remarks. Skip this place. Goto Peet's.
Lack of counter people. Always long line, especially the near by Starbucks is closed. Barcode reader is too close to the charge pad. It will pick up the cell phone pay signal before it scan the gift card barcode. Need to separate these two devices.

It's a Starbucks in a Safeway grocery store. No has messed up my drinks here yet, and I'm usually the only one in line when I go. Nice alternative to the one across the street, if that gets too busy
Very friendly staff. I accidentally put the wrong location for a drink pick up but they were able to change the pickup to their store and were very understanding of the situation.
