I stopped at this McDonalds after a concert in san francisco on 5/18/22. I ordered the meal that comes with a crispy chicken sandwich French fries and soda. The fries were good. Fresh and hot. The soda had very little ice and was lukewarm. I ate the fries on my way to my hotel in berlingame. When I opened the sandwich package to eat my sandwich. All I found was the buns with old dry chicken and pickles. Nothing else. Needless to say I will never go there again. Once again I was reminded why I do not eat at any McDonalds. Or any other junk food place . Money wasted.
They cannot keep the orders straight even after you remind them repeatedly of the correct order. I could not get a decaf coffee there reliably, they will usually give you a regular and lie to your face thats its a decaf even when you ask/remind them repeatedly. I came to the realization that they just don't care. Stopped going to this location.
The food is consistent, the Millbrae store has some problems. I ordered an egg McMuffin and a coke and they took a long time and just gave me the sandwich. I had to ask for a cup for the drink. I went to the soda dispenser and the nozzle had not been cleaned so coke squirted out the side on the floor. I told the counter person and she just looked at me. Not sure the employees here really care.
Usually the crispy chicken burgers are amazing, but this time the meat was too dry, tasted like it was sitting around for a while. Please be more considerate with how you prepare food ?
Great location and ample parking, however the quality and staff leave things to be desired.We asked for a land/air/ sea and the guy said he couldnt make one. So we asked if they had Mcchicken, fish filet, and big macs? He said yes, but still wouldnt sell it to us.We came back 2 days later and they magically had it.A second case is the quarter pounder tasted burned and awful.Please improve!
I tried not to eat in fast food restaurant to much. But my grandkids love McDonald's. So I usually treat them once in a while. Usually I get them ice cream and milkshakes. And of course there chicken nuggets and happy meals.
I go here more then once or twice a week to pick up orders for my Food delivery service.It's been almost 2 years now and no matter time of day or day of the week.The service I've received (FDS pick up, personal order) inside or drive thru has been above the McD's standard.Not only from the way your greeted upon arrival but before you leave they make sure your getting your order correctly with a smile&unlike some other restaurants in the area.... Your not rushed or just thrown a bag with your items in order to get you out of there too quick.Some other restaurants could really learn a thing or two from these folks.Much appreciated, Thank You!
I rarely feel obligated to give reviews for restaurants. Normally, they mess up bad enough that, out of frustration, I give negative reviews.This McDonald's, is by far one of the best locations I have ever been to. Their staff are very friendly. They have never gotten my order wrong (lunch shift). And their products never come out messy, or practically falling apart. They are quick, even for having long lines. I pulled up to the drive through, in a line heading out of both side of the parking lot. I was served within 10-13 minutes. (I stopped looking at the time after 9 minutes).Excellent service, decent food. Good job guy, keep up the good work! (The young looking, old station wagon guy)
I come here frequently and it’s the only Macdonald’s that I’ve been asked to park because for some strange reason the employees are incapable of putting a 2 item order in a bag and letting me deliver the food on time. It’s the early morning staff and the orders are always simple. The people ordering are likely getting breakfast before they leave for work and leaving me for nearly a half an hour about, it’s simply unacceptable!
There is a marked difference in this McD's..everything is just nicer at this location.
