Tasty food
A group of four of us went to this restaurant for lunch. It is a smaller restaurant but has great Cantonese food! We had their Spare Robs and Peppers, Grilled Mushrooms and Tofu, Beef and Black Beans, and Beef Chow Fun- all excellent taste. Server is wearing his mask at all times. tables are far apart from each other. Service is quick and friendly. We were surprised as to the quality and flavor- this is real Cantonese food.
My husband and I always come to gourmet village for our last minute Chinese food craving. The prices are affordable for the quality of the food. We usually order the baked spaghetti or rice as it reminds us of those HK cafes. Although, parking can be a hassle.
Good food, gòod service
The restaurant closes at 8 pm. I had placed an order at 7:23 pm. You accepted my order for order (2 items) for delivery and is a 6 min drive to the airport. 30 min later I get a message that it's delayed. I get another message at 8:23 pm saying that my order was cancelled because the restaurant is closed or stopped accepting orders. Are you serious? You waited over an hour after I placed my order to cancel! This is how you do business? I've worked in the restaurant industry for several years and have to say that I'm just absolutely disappointed. I came from a long flight and had a meeting right after, thus not being able to get an Uber to pick my food up.Glad I never ate here and never will in the future.
I visit this special place once a month since I like the ambiance that is part of this place. The crew is awfuly helpful and skilfull. The service is pretty rapid. Not to mention, the food they serve is perfect. I ate there more than once and I was always happy. The price is decent. I suggest this place to to all.
A great place to eat delicious fish soup, bittermelon, egg, and beef dishes, and many other scrumptious dishes. The service is good, the owner is nice, and the staff works hard. We come here a lot for good-quality, and inexpensive Chinese food!

Our neighbor recommended that we try Gourmet Village and we loved it. We tried the broccoli beef, and the Peking pork chop for our main course. They were both tender and had lots of flavor. We will be going back to try more items on the menu.
