I go back to this place again and again. The roasted fish is awesome! Truly authentic! The staff is friendly and really helpful with ordering. Definitely recommend!
I only went initially because my last name is the same as this restaurant’s name, but I am so glad I decided to visit! The food was very spicy and flavorful. The Jiangxi noodles, which I got for members of our group who don’t like spice, was also well-liked. The workers we interacted with were very kind and attentive. I look forward to coming back here in the future.
Authentic Chinese cuisines - specialty roasted fish is so delicious and satisfying, definitely a must-have! Braised meat is another specialty, flavorful and hearty. Staff is friendly auntie style, loves sharing and recommending. A lovely experience overall.
The food was fresh nicely presented tasty and a good portion. Really the only problem was having to wait a ridiculously long time to even be given a menu and even longer time to be asked for the order. There weren't that many people there but I think they're so short staff that it really does affects your dining experience at times.

I’ve been here a couple times and absolutely love it! The wontons in spicy sauce and the golden pancakes are a must. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife from Chongqing. The wife hand makes both of these dishes. We then had the grilled fish in numbing green peppercorns, which she said is one of her husbands specialty dishes. We are going back to try his crab dish next! We had a number of other dishes from the menu as well, each excellent and thoughtfully prepared. Even though I have a pretty low tolerance to spice, this is one place where I make an exception! The food is fantastic and the owners are so kind.
Excellent food with tons of flavor and spice. We ordered the spicy fish soup, dan dan noodles, ginger onion oil noodles, cold soy marinated pigs feet, spicy fried chicken cartilage, stir fried pea sprouts, and spicy fried intestines. Everything was great, but my favorite was definitely the fried intestines, hit of sweetness and spice, super crispy, flavorful, fatty, and savory, and well washed ?Would definitely come back. The service is friendly but slow. When we went, there was only one little old lady serving the whole restaurant. But if you can wait, the food is great. And when they say spicy they aren't playing around. ?
