I'm pretty easy going and for the most I try not to post bad reviews unless it's extremely warranted, like today. This isn't the first time that I've had this experience at this restaurant, but today was the breaking point. I was over charged and paid $16 for something that I paid $7 for just the other day. Each person has their own idea of a portion. And I got 3 ingredients in my bowl- shredded cheese, guac and sour cream. She put little baby portions not realizing that it's a meal for me. The guy the other day as well as others have put heapong spoonfuls. So I asked her to put a little more and a little more and they charged me for 3 portions! They are too inconsistent and it's not fair for me to have to pay double what I pay Monday than what I paid Thursday. Even the guy that checked me out at the register was surprised but it seemed as if his hands were tied and he was apologetic. I will just go to the one down the block from now on. I'm sure they won't care about my review but this is more of a heads up. Service has been good here don't get me wrong, but it's inconsistent.
I love Chipotle and eat it often. Unfortunately, I ate here last night (4/12) and now have food poisoning. I hadn't eaten all day and I woke up sick before eating anything else so I'm sure it was from my meal here.I just wanted to leave this here so they know to up their cleaning/washing efforts.
The food was OK. But, the place is not the cleanest Chipotle. Also, I asked for half and half a choice of meat chicken and beef. I barely got any chicken, half beef, and was charged for the price of beef. It's so cheap and low for a $1.50 difference to make a loyal customer unhappy. For sure won't be back to this Chipotle.
I'm updating my last year's review. This crew is a rockstar!! They all are smiling and helping as much as they can! My dine-in experience was above and beyond. Fresh food, great service and clean tables. It's beyond regular Chipotle places. I'm definitely returning back, thank you guys.
We placed two orders thru Uber eats and only one plate was delivered without any utensils. I tried calling and obviously now the restaurant is closed. Please train you employees to not keep the clients food.
Both times an Uber Eats order was placed it was a completely different order from what was placed. Doesn’t even match the receipt on the bag. 2 times in a row is unacceptable.
Went to pick up dinner. Poor staff and careless. Out of stuff that shouldn't be. The lunch crew is much better there.
This location is NOTORIOUS for getting my mobile order wrong! Literally, how do you get an order wrong that is written on a label for you to read! The first time was hilarious, they only gave me chicken and beans & when I got home it leaked through the bowl and ripped! The second time they skimped on the x2 chicken and now today is the third time, they added sour cream and it wasn’t even on my order label! This place sucks for mobile orders, DO NOT MOBILE ORDER FROM HERE, EVER! Oh and if you get an entree refund- use it right away because they expire! So I basically never got a refund and paid for something I didn’t eat! Lame!
It seems there is a pattern management must look into here. They are notorious for getting mobile orders wrong. I ordered a steak bowl and there was no STEAK in it. Not to mention the previous time the bowl was only halfway filled. What am I paying for - rice?? Worse Chipotle branch ever.
Dirty. Tell the dude sweeping the floor with a dirty broom and then walking behind the counter touching people's food, bagging it, and grabbing people's chips to wash his hands.
