Walking in to get hit with a old musty smell. The person attending me was friendly. As I waited for my wings I looked around the lobby and was discussed on how dirty the tables and the floor where. I peeked over the counter to take a look. I was horrified with what I saw. Around the bottom of the refrigerators was just layers of black gunk along with the walls above the cooking table. I don’t know if they are lazy or under staffed or something wrong with managers but they need to clean up the restaurant. People eat there clean up!!!
If you go, go when they open-5pm you will get the friendliest staff awesome vibes, your order will be hot and fresh. DO NOT GO AFTER 6pm. I noticed when there’s a tall skinny dude with glasses there the staff changes and the vibe is off, i’ve only ever seen him closing. I’ve also noticed he doesn’t help his fellow workers he just walks around in the back or just stands there. Dude gives off really creepy vibes.
friendly cashiers, food was excellent. I didn’t like how there was a skinny dude in the back just standing not doing anything. He was just standing there staring at my wife and I. I finished placing my order and sat down on the bench they have next to the cash registers. That same dude kept staring at my wife and I. I was there for about 5-10 minutes that hole time the dude just stood there not doing anything just just staring at us. Made my wife and I feel so uncomfortable. I would come back in the morning or lunch time just not for dinner time.
If you want some fabulous wings whether or not it's boneless or bone-in and you're hungry or your individual that loves to share. This is the place for you. You can order all different kinds of ways there are delivery options and take out options. The food wings out the competition.
As a wing place, it was obviously good. They are pretty spicy though, and its actually kinda hard to eat them. But besides that they were good. They also got fries ?
Make sure you check your order when you pick it up. If you get home and find out it's wrong, they will expect you to bring the ENTIRE food back so they can remake it again or get refunded. Yes, you'll probably wait 20+ minutes for your order to be made again. Yes, your time and gas will be wasted too. Your fault you didn't verify your order. Not theirs.
Food was extremely cold, had fries they were stiff and tasted very sweet like sugar and salt was put on them , wings were not good I got mild ( def didnt take like so ) also got the Louisiana rub and def did not match the flavor .... I'm very disappointed as this was my first time trying wing stop ! Wont be going back. ... (it's now 2022 and I still haven't gone back and won't ??‼️)

Let's be honest, the prices can get ridiculous when you start ordering for more then 2 people . The staff is chill. The atmosphere is okay but a lot of in and out traffic plus a smaller dining area. Overall not too bad.
They are really tasty and I have always gotten great customer service,the wait can be ridiculously long though
