Fast, friendly, love their salsa. Lots of parking. Easy entrance and exit. The ordering speaker has been hard to understand for as long as I can remember;) Two drive-thru windows and walk up window.
Food is always fresh, hot and delicious, chili relleno is my favorite, pricing a little on the upper end of normal but well worth it. Love that they are open 24/7
Make sure every time when you go to Victorias to ask for a Receipt!! Cause they add more stuff to your orders and always incorrect orders. Once we got torta there was nothing meat nor beans or nothing, on our receipt they added three more of something that we didn’t even get or asked for they always mess up our orders. Smh ?♀️ make sure always to ask for receipt because they add more stuff and they also charge you for little things by 4 or 10 dollars more.
The food is pretty low quality to be honest. You’d expect it to be cheaper for what you receive but it is what is. My main issue is that half the times I order from there they mess up my order. When I say messed up, I mean MESSED UP. I ordered 3 items and only received one that I had ordered and then gave me a random bean and cheese burrito that I had never even ordered. It would’ve been a bit better if the random burrito was actually good but it was half empty and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Also the one item I did order and receive was a cold breakfast burrito. Not really something I was hoping for… If you no other choice I guess eat here otherwise go somewhere else and save yourself the disappointment and money!!!
Food is poorly made. Food tastes like it’s been stored in a refrigerator for a while. Over priced considering the amount of food and quiality you get. Always ask for recipe because they tend to over price.
MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR YOUR RECIEPT!!! 24.25 for a Burrito and one order of nachos is ridiculous. Sorry but your food in not that good.. Good job on ripping people off with the extra guacamole charges when both items come WITH guacamole.
Went to order two carne asada fries supreme after asking why it was so much the girl told us it was $4 more since they where going to but The lettuce tomato sour cream and all that. We said ok that’s fine. We drove home and when we opened it this is what we got. We paid $40 something plus we had a side of fries. But really so we called and she said the cook said it was supreme. I guess they couldn’t double check the order. So we had to go back to get what we paid for. When went back they is what the $4 extra dollars gave us and they still wanted to charge us for the lettuce. Smh Not cool mainly if your in a hurry or just got out of work. Kinda reminded me why we stopped going there. So next time u stop by check what you order.
Over priced and taste was not great. Worst fish tacos I've had and cold nachos.
Worst experience I ordered a torta had no veggies just the asada stake had to come home to add veggies on how a torta should have!!! Never again going!!!!
Just went like 30 minutes ago and order some adobada fries and all my fries are burned really need to work on that !!!
