No matter what this place never seems to give me a decent sandwich or good customer service. I will not go back. The food was very disappointing. The owner has a very unique way of telling you to f off he doesnt care. When I call with a complaint that my veggie sandwich hardly has any veggies when I specifically told the guy please make sure theres extra..I did not expect to be told "well whatever, I dont care you can come back and I can fix it" oh AND PULL BACK YOUR LONG GREASY HAIR. You look like a bum?♀️
The older woman at the counter was SO rude. She barked at my daughter and I as soon as we walked in, acted like we were a total inconvenience to her when deciding what to order, and even rolled her eyes. We were the only customers in there, so it's not like she had to wait 5 minutes for us to decide what cheese we wanted while other people were waiting. Her attitude was appalling. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the bread was fresh. I'm just going to go to the one in Atwater from now on.

I used to love the sandwiches here and quit going about 6 or 7 years ago due to overall decline in service and product availability and quality. I finally decided to give them another chance. That was the very last one. My husband I both decided we will no longer ever give them another chance. The food was so sloppy and had a ridiculous amount of mustard on both sandwiches. We couldn't even make out what was actually on them. The customer service was so rude and offputting I thought I was being taped as a joke. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT THIS TOGOS.

3 x equals 3 chances to redeem themselves. Each time the sandwiches are warm sloppy and gross. Never again. Atwater Togos isn't like that!

Rudest employees that ignore you, cut you off while talking and treat you like complete trash not to mention the owner sits there and allows it to happen . Since when has owners let employees bad mouth and yell at customers that are paying your bills!! Sorry but y'all's sandwiches aren't that good will not be going back! 40 year old women making sandwiches and having attitudes what a joke
I've only been here a few times and when they're open they're good, but today(during business hours) they are closed for no apparent reason.
