I tried it for the first time and ordered the chicken and the steak with rice and salad. The sauces were very good. The meat had zero seasoning not even salt and pepper which was very disappointing. The rice and salad was decent. Overall I would say try it if you are out drinking but if you are in it for the taste its a big no based off of the simple fact they cant even season meat properly.
Good customer service, quick, and big portions. Not the most exquisite don I’ve had, but I wouldn’t expect that at this price point. It was still very satisfying, wasn’t over cooked, and had good flavor. Very satisfied with the value.
Always messes up our orders. Then we'll charge you extra to correct mistake . Meat quality is very bad. Charges extra more more teriyaki sauce. Very rude service. This will be our last visit here....
Had ordered a few times using DoorDash but this was our first time eating inside. Ordering at the counter was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and even though they got one item wrong, the wait to have it fixed wsa minimal. As always, the food tasted great. My only concern was that the table was a little stick and the chair I say on was extra sticky.
The teriyaki bowl I got was good, definitely coming back to try other items.
Not very good food . The burger was run of the mill frozen patty from a grocery store. The chicken teriyaki was under cooked and no teriyaki sauce at all just sesame seeds. The shrimp has no flavor. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I’m disgusted by how my food was prepped. The salads should be packaged separately from the “WARM” food, it made the salad warm which tastes gross. I asked for extra ginger and this is all I got. The spicy tuna roll had a stench like it was over due or has been sitting out for a while. The rice was too soggy and mushy. Food is over priced for this kind of quality. I am NEVER ordering from this place again! I’m disgustingly unsatisfied with this service.
Extremely rude staff always have been! Food is Great I love it! But they are rude ladies. And also I do not think it's right or even there place to tell me how to do my job with GrubHub. It is MY job to make my order as picked up and on my way, it is NOT your job to tell me what to do...YOUR job is to make the food and have it ready...would've been a 5 star if staff changed and were more personable. And quit telling me what to do.
Wonderful food and I saw many people enjoying it. There are individuals sitting at the tables and individuals picking up their food, food pick up delivery individuals I believe from different apps. Have different combinations. The food was delicious and interesting that there's soy sauce wasn't too salty - What you wanted everything was a fair price. You get several different things to drink but I was there for the food.
Food is okay. I didn't enjoy the salad that came with my dish. The dressing was too plain.
