I don't like taco bells inconsistencies of charging to substitute an item or sauce. I don't like sour cream so I always have them remove it up until recently when I decided to try something else instead of just removing the sour cream. I asked to substitute the sour cream for Chipotle Ranch instead and they charged me an extra 40 cents to do this, but if I ask to remove the sour cream they don't subtract 40 cents for my total. I can understand if I added the Chipotle Ranch on top of sour cream to get a 40 cents charge but I'm completely replacing it. Then depending on where I go, some places don't charge me to do this but others do, which I'm not complaining about the places that don't charge me but one It's ridiculous that they charge to replace a sauce for another but two they should stay consistent and do one or the other at all taco bells. Luckily I kept a receipt of one place that didn't charge and used that as proof for the other taco bell I went to that did try to charge me. Yes it's only 40 cents but it's the fact that they don't charge less when you remove an item but they have no problem charging more to substitute one.

Wait time was kind of long, I guess everyone had late night munchies. Staff is very friendly and professional, the box is very filling even for the hungriest appetites.
This restaurant has great customer service. Drive thru runs smoothly. They are busy, but still kind when they greet you, take your order and help with recommendations. It’s very much appreciated. They made my order correctly and it is delicious. It made my night. Thanks.
Drive thru here is super slow in the afternoon/evenings. We try going in and they have enough employees but focus on drive thru and ignore walk-ins. With that many employees you wou think drive thru would move faster... 35-45min wait in drive thru

I order a #3 it was cold meat in the taco and burrito the cheese in the burrito was in a hunk very salty.The line was long and slow they should at least serve hot food.The one star is for the soda it was the best thing.
