Good place to eat but the issues with this Subway location is the homeless asking for money at the side of the business plus while I was dining in to have lunch a homeless person asked me for my bottled water for his pet right after shopping at FoodMaxx. What I will do if I come here is to do a grab and go and to not dine in at this location. The prices are reasonable and competitive with the other eateries in the area.
Went there on 04/7/22 the guy cashier there was very very rude will not go there anymore.
Rude employee. She stared at me and never asked what i wanted. I was ignored.
Cozy (not cramped). Relatively fast service. Good food. Everything in my 4 meals was custom and not a single complaint from the employees. Oh yeah friendly.
Small but very clean. Employees were courteous. Sandwich was pretty hearty. No skimping on the meat.
Dawn makes GREAT sandwiches! Never have had an issue with her sandwiches.
I always go to this subway & I order a tuna sandwich with extra onions, usually I have no issue until today the worker said that they couldn’t put extra onions.Since when can we not get extra veggies?? This was today at 7:40 pm.
after calling in an order today for two sandwiches for lunch today both of them were made incorrectly. when I called back and was able to finally reach them, after 10 attempts, I informed them that both subs were made wrong and I wanted either a refund or for them to be remade. they apologized for not answering because they were "swamped". Armando decided to tell me that they were made exactly as I ordered them and that he wasn't going to argue because he was right but if I wanted a refund I would have to bring the subs back in. luckily for me my boss allowed me to go back despite my lunch being over.when I arrived to the store, they were totally swamped with a whole 2 customers already eating and no one else except for myself. i had to wait roughly 10 minutes for Armando to come talk to me and when he did he asked what was going on and I said "these are the subs you guys made incorrectly" and he replied with "they were not made incorrectly, they were made how you ordered them." he didn't even look at the subs, or pictures I had taken and continued to argue with me. if he did he would have realized one sub had no veggies at all on it, ordered everything but tomatoes and jalapeños, but sure did go heavy on the mayo. the other sub had jalapeños which we never asked for, as we had asked for pickles. he wanted to take my receipt but I refused since I needed for the store information to file a complaint and because he could look it up the order on the register. Me mistakeningly thinking he is the manager, was informed by him that he would need to talk to his manager.took another 10 minutes to get my refund which I was shorted $1.03. already filed a complaint with corporate and will be talking to the manager and store owner to let them know how Armando likes to treat customers because he can't own up to his own mistake.this is not the first time I've had my order messed up at this particular location but I will not be returning here again.
I cant give negative stars.I only go here once in awhile, mainly after I forget how terrible my last sandwich from subway was...so once a year to once every 2 years. It's not that hard to be nice and make a decent sandwich when everything is right there in front of you! The sandwich was very unevenly made and there was hardly any chicken. My sandwich also took 3 people to eat one half of it...it was that bad.
