This place is a good find for me. I can sit here and work without worrying about anything. The associates are nice and will welcome you in. The restrooms are nice and clean as well as the store. There's a good amount of seating in there, and some outdoor seating. I also want to mention that Tina is the best.
I never thought I would give Starbucks one star :( not sure for what reason they close their doors at 8pm and not 9pm (like it states in the app). A couple of minutes ago, I placed an order (Jade Citrus Mint tea with lemonade and 2 tea bags). I get out of my car and the doors are locked. I drive through the drive-thru and I need to wait for the cars in front of me (if I placed an online order, it is for me to not wait in line). The employee at the window reaches out her hand and hands me my tea. She does not greet me nor makes eye contact with me. Sorry you have a closing shift, sweet girl, but working is part of life and if you aren't ready to treat your customers right, go find yourself another job. I shouldn't even call my drink tea! All I got was water with no lemonade, and to end my trip to Starbucks I also received a bad experience. Something that never happens in the mornings. Not sure if I want to order a drink again around this time.
Always a pleasure to see the staff here. New faces some of the time. Old face all of the time. I would ride across the city just to be greeted with this group of wonderful people. ❤ Clean and humble atmosphere. ?
I ordered the Mango dragon fruit drink and there was no dragon fruit they failed to tell me while I was ordering they told me after I received my drink and questioned them on the clear color drink. If they were out I don't mind I would have just ordered a different drink that I would enjoy.
So nice service! My nephew loved that they still hace the pumpking Spice beberage!!! And I love the che ese grill sándwich!!
