The two lady's working on Wednesday April 6th 10:16 am were extremely rude and slow kept telling me and my mom she couldn't touch certain stuff because of covid , I asked for my drink to be blended it's not it's iced , they were standing around not cleaning the blenders after an order just sat there . They didn't call out the order they just out it on the counter . N I feel like they over charged my mom for what she ordered..
No online ordering and had to wait a while sometimes for the clerk to get ready to order. The last several times I've ordered cold brews here though they were done pretty quick.
I felt bad for the employee; she was the only person working this day.

Drive thru gets long lines so I go inside to order. I wasn’t greeted I was asked if I was mobile order right away. Then she turned away and didn’t take my order I was ignored and continued to wait. The girl who finally took my order didn’t even get my name this made it a even longer wait to get my one drink. Just know people who do mobile app and drive thru are priority. I wouldn’t have mind if they were nicer about it.

It was so bad I went and the coffee tasted like complete water and a banana
Super long lines. Waited in car for a long time. Prices have gone up. Very expensive and not that great of coffee. Bitter after tast almost burnt not worth the wait or price.
Gotta love the coffee, when your on the go. Friendly and fast service
