No public restrooms even for customers, and they are aware of the state law but keep no customer seating for this reason exactly.
Order a Frappuccino and it was more like a ice coffee than a Frappuccino, ask them to remake and got it the same way.
Received a gift card so I went into the store to see what was available. I was quite surprised with the variety of selections! It's more then just coffee. Ended up getting a "pink drink" which is delicious! I highly recommend you try it out. And I git a triple berry yogurt. Very good. The place was clean and I Received my order quickly. Nice customer service also.
This location had no inside or outside seating so it was a bummer but the workers were very cheerful, courteous and helpful. I received my drink rather quickly but had to wait a little bit for my banana loaf slice. Once I inquired, I received it within a couple of minutes. The cashier was nice enough to guide me to another location with seating.
I just went for an iced cinnamon dolce latte. A few cars were ahead of me but things moved along pretty quickly. Not sure if it was because the employees were that fast or because it was minimal drink orders. Either way I was expecting atleast a 15-20 minute wait in drive thru but like I aid it was just a few minutes.
Service at this location is slow. Order ahead is best option.
No chairs to dine in, no restroom, and the members in there missed to deliver 2 out of 4 orders...not a good experience at all....

Used mobile app to place an order to pickup as I do at other stores every morning, arrived at 4:45am tonsee my order ready on counter but doors locked and was indicated I had to use drive-thru. Why allow me to order for pickup if you don't open lobby?
