06/26/22 Absolutely unsatisfied. This is the 5th time they get my order wrong. I don’t understand why I keep coming back to this location. The lady that took my order got all my orders completely WRONGGG! It’s getting very frustrating considering I’m a loyal customer. I would give 0 stars if I could!!07/04/22 I did it again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would make my orders correct but they didn’t. They messed up again, and made both my drinks wrong!! You would think that they would learn by know. Super unsatisfied and upset. This team needs to be retrained!!
It’s sad that their service and quality is better when they are busy. Me here not enjoying my refreshment. So water down looks more clear in person. Rude service today. Plus they forgot to make my grilled cheese. To think I ordered online to prevent myself from waiting I’m still waiting.
The service was quick and friendly. They welcome you as you enter. For the most part it is clean inside. I did spot some places to sit that were dirty and I had to move but nothing too serious. I sat comfortably for about an hour or so and enjoyed my drink and cookie. Nothing to complain about. It's wheelchair accessible as well, with handicap parking spots right at the front.
The workers in the early morning here always have a snotty attitude and don’t know what an upside down drink is.
They take too long between drinks . By the time we got our last drink our first drink was melted. They spend more time talking to each other than making drinks avoid this Starbucks. I should have asked for a refund right away!
3.5. Orders sometimes take longer than usual or sometimes when ordering nitro cold brew online I'd arrive and get told they're out. They do give me a free cold brew free of charge when that happens. Staff looks like they're trying their best.Please update your menu!
This starbuck's is great good costumer service and friendly the place was clean good place to drink a coffe or lemonade definitely whenever we are in this area we will stop agian

Actually today not so good, I gave one of my children a $5 gift card that I had gotten and had registered under my account so she could buy herself a drink while there studying, and the clerk ended up somehow charging the drinks to the balance of my reward points and nothing to the gift card! It appears as though the gift card was just an open door to all the potential balances on my account and without asking my teenager she went ahead and used my reward points for the 2 drinks. My teenager states she told the clerk that it was a gift card on her mom's account and she was prepared to pay out of her own cash any differences once the gift card was used up, but that did not happen at all, and now the store managers are telling me I have to call the "1 800" number on the back of the gift card to get my reward points back and have the whole transaction reversed and done correctly. At 2 points per $1 that's $150 (at most) of Starbucks...so I am not happy this site is passing the buck by making me fix their mistake! I might just cash out all my points and pull out of Starbucks.
I love their hot chocolate, however the last 3-4 times I've gotten it, it has tasted completely watered down and has no chocolate taste whatsoever. Bought one today and it was horrible. Went to Target and got one at the Starbucks in Target and it was delicious and was exactly what it should taste like. The staff is friendly, so I do appreciate that ... but in the end I'd like to get a tasty hot chocolate and not something that is watered down and tastes like what I imagine dirty water would taste like.
