I guess new owners dont care too much about people standing in front of register waiting to order. And there was no tables cleaned off and dirty dishes stacked on top of the trash. The place is going down hill quick you would think since they own the le grand one they would be able to keep up with the merced one.
Had a great experience. Jude was our server and she was amazing. Had good family deals. Restaurant was clean and food was delicious.
Hit or miss. I've come in and had the pizza be great and other days it's mediocre. Their crust is tasty and well seasoned but it seems like the cheese they use dropped in quality. Very rubbery. At the very least it's fine for large groups.
I placed an order just before 6 and still haven’t received it and it’s now almost 8pm. I called and asked about my order and the kid just responded by saying my order •should be on its way”. Needless to say I will not order from here again nor dining in here again.
Good pizza. Wasn't happen where we were sitting to be told to move because of party. They should of block it off.
I've always ordered pickup here - the pizza is pretty good, but it's very costly aswell. Never have been let down by their food.
It was great pizza. And nice place for kids.
Friendly staff the dining area was spacious and clean. A little over priced in my opinion and I didn't care for their pizza sauce to much it wasn't terrible through. That's just personal preference though.
There Was No Variety To Choose From Could've Cook More Pizza, The Salad Bar Could've Been Better And Some Bread Was Still Raw Underneath All That Cheese. Over All Would We Come Back I Don't Know. The Guys Were Cool Tho.
We went to the pizza factory for dinner on Halloween night. Everything was fantastic! The girls who work there are so sweet! The pizza was delicious..Everything was all around awesome. Wonderful dining experience ?
