Hello I'm directing this to the managers ,hopefully you don't ignore it. Yesterday I whent to eat and very mad of the experience I, my family because we ordered 2 large pizzas that looked like medium pizzas,very burned crust didn't have moisture,pepperoni burned on top of that over charged for these pizza that wasn't eatable to eat. Thy over charged my son $80.00 for two medium pizzas,1 pictur ?, and ?. Suppose you're post views discounts. $8.00 off. We where charged $29.00 each pizzas you burned. We where upset we didn't drink are beer. Of what was served to us. Thier was another party that showed up got free pizzas that we ordered. Because the girls said it out clearly they didn't ordered the pizza yet. We got burned badly pizza.
Waited over an hour for our pizza wings and bread sticks for luke warm food. $48 spent, with over an hour wait time. I don’t live far either. The food had to have been sitting. Not happy.
Called in for a half and half pepperoni and pepperoni/sausage with a soda and mozzarella sticks. The lady said it would take and hour to an hour and 15 at the latest but it showed up almost 2 hours later and by that time everything was cold and the soda and the ranch was almost room temp.. The driver didn't call until about an hour and 45 minutes in. I also had to go outside and walk to meet the driver which is partially cuz I live in an alley house which is difficult to see at night so my address is mostly to blame. I still I do not recommend delivery through this place.
Just left Mountain Mike at Yosemite location after waiting for 40 minutes for one pizza and a portion of wings. There was only one cashier and two people in the kitchen; the same person who was cooking was also running the food. Restaurant was about 40% capacity which means they should have at least another cashier or some running the food. After almost 35 minutes, my wife and I saw another person coming to the floor (who seemed to be the "manager") walking very casually. After our food got cooked, it stayed another 10 minutes at the window getting dry under the hot lamps. From the floor, we could see inside the kitchen and it looked very dirty.Overall, we will never return to this place and never recommend it to anybody.
Always about hour and a half to two hour delivery wait inconsistent with quality and quantity of toppings. Hit or miss, but I feel I can say the same thing about the entire brand.
Would give a 5 however when i calledto placemy order the lady who answeredwas a little rude. Remember that whether your having a good or bad day over the phone your voice will show how you are feeling. We are paying customers and there is a lot of other pizza places to go so be kind and respectful over the phone. You will never know if its that customersfirst time calling.
The kids may be happy but you'll wish you'd gone somewhere els. Most unsatisfying food for the money in town. I eat out with friends allot, and I know merced is limited. If your from out of town, or even a Raiders fan. Your not missing out going anywhere else.

Great food and no complaints about the service typically. Rating is for location and condition. The newer of 2 Merced locations however the proximity to the high school or some other factors are causing rapid decline in the appearance. Fine for delivery or to watch a game
