I feel so bad for a staff member here me and my friends we just being goofballs but I think the lady was having a bad day so we made it even worse without knowing it she looked annoyed and upset about our actions. The place here is very clean and nice it’s not ghetto it’s pretty fancy and nice they even got a little playground but it’s off limits due to you know covid I highly recommend this one!
Great service and the definition of fast food. Best McDonald's in a 50 mile radius. The high school is right across so best times to go are when the kids are in school or else it's packed before and after school hours.
This McDonald's is very busy but the employees are very fast and got my food done in less that 3 min. That's a win in my books.
I waited in line for a mobile order for 20 minutes. I was refused my order unless I presented my phone which is against policy. In the 20 minutes I was there, not one of the associates asked the customers in front of me to present their phones. I had to step outside to get my phone which makes no sense when they are passing out orders to anybody saying, “that one is mine.” My girlfriend walked in instead and told the associate the order number and was passed the order with no problem. My girlfriend confronted the female associate about her not checking her phone. She got nervous and mentioned a incident where the orders are stolen. I think it’s every unfair that because of racial discrimination that I’m being refused fast friendly service. If Mc Donald’s wants to prevent the theft of their food they need to be checking everyone’s phones and receipts not just the people of color.
The only thing positive I have to say about Mc Donald's is how fast they keep the line going. So, if you're in a hurry and don't mind styrofoam buns, skimpy patties, fake chicken nuggets, stale and cold fries, then it's the place for you!
They get something wrong with my order every. single. time. Their drive thru is fast, so don't let a long line deter you

I didn’t botherto report app as compensation for grief.
Usually pretty good, but you'll need to ask for it fresh if you don't want cold food.
I went inside instead of going for that long line outside. The drive-thru is really quick so hardly anyone ever goes inside. I found that when in a hurry going inside is much faster.
Guys working there were extremely pleasant and everything was as you might hope for from a McDonalds.
