Get home find missing food no sauces after I asked for extra kids won't eat without go back to handle it get kids missing food take whole order back besides half of quarter pounder I had gave to the kids cause they were hungry asked for my missing food and to remake the rest of food that I had given them wait in parking lot for 10 mins for food to be made fresh I leave get home all they did was place in missing item go to eat my burger it's the half 1 cut for the kids all the foods cold nasty don't bother to eat waste 43 dollars what really makes me write this not for that fact but the fact I asked for extra sauces please make sure we have it this time I open bag 1 sauce for the kids to fight over like a slap on the face how I feel If I wasn't sick at this moment I would of went back there but have no energy to do so right now
I love this McDonald's because there's never a line but this girl just gave me my GrubHub order she was passive aggressive she's about 5'1 has a tattoo on her right arm has a sentence I didn't read it but she was very passive-aggressive and did not want to put my drinks and my order for GrubHub in the bag they usually give us and she said doesn't normally put it in the bag and I said that's weird because I get it in a bag literally every single time didn't like her attitude some other customer came in picked up another doordash order and she just completely ignored me didn't even pass me my food have to reach over and grab it very unprofessional I know it's McDonald's and probably your first job but if you don't like doing what you're supposed to do then you need to go find another job

Staff was very friendly! ??❤-.Ladies room ? - pretty clean . Asked for hot ? off the press burger ?-- I ALWAYS ask for "special made"...mine was ok.. Forgot my EXTRA PICKLES ? and reduce the lettuce ... but it was still delish... my Sister was pleasantly surprised ? ate it all. She has high expectations...glad you passed with high marks ✔✔✔. Keep it up!
Had a really bad experience bad service the girl that was taking the order was not paying attention at all to what we order had to tell her 3 times that the order was wrong and she was well that's what you said and. I told her no I order for 2 #2 one with orange juice and the other with coffee she insisted that she was going to give us what she herd they send us to weit for the order on the parking lot really ? service
I ordered curbside pick up had a big order and waited for a while had to walk in to get my order my food was cold and I wasn’t paying attention when I got home I saw all my fries were half way full.
Pretty good customer service food was hot and good almost thought they didn't give my daughter her sauce for her nuggets and her Happy meal but they were in my bag so all good
I went there today 3/15/22 because my favorite breakfast has,is and will always be Sausage Mc Muffin w/ Egg. The has browns had a box of salt on it. It messed my taste buds up. Usually I never known Mc Donald's or any other place to put salt because of those with Diabetes and other health problems. That was like the biblical saying Man is suppose to be the salt in the world but with that much salt God says it's no good. Yuk!
This place is great! It's better than the one on Olive. They got our order 100% right and were quick and nice. All food was also hot and fresh. Highly recommend. Staff was extremely polite!
Man I love this McDonald’s but there is one person on there that keep making my order wrong and the order is one Item only Which is Strawberry shake L and come out wrong every time like man that’s why lot of people have problems. I give you my money you give my what I order no problem but then you give me something I didn’t order it’s gets problem
It's a chore to use the bathroom at this location. Frappe machine is often on the fritz. Otherwise, pretty good.
