The staff is friendly, but the food is okay. Pretty disappointed in the food. The kikimbap’s egg is supposed to be sunny side, but we got a fully cooked boiled egg. The kikimbap taste is bland. It doesn’t have much flavor in there. The kimchi fried rice and spicy tonkatsu are okay too. A lot of the food isn’t savored. The eggs for the tonkatsu isn’t supposed to be fully cooked egg, but be marinated in salt and sweetness in there and be soft. I asked if they had black garlic for the ramen tonkatsu, and they didn’t know what I was talking about besides saying if I was talking about the seaweed. I’m a big fan of ramen tonkatsu and seeing this disappoints me. No seaweed in the ramen as well. We dined in, and I don’t understand why they served us in to-go boxes and a bowl. I would want to think maybe due to Covid, and probably it’ll be easier for them if the customers have leftovers and wanted to take it home? Anyways, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you want to try it out for yourself. Probably the dessert is better than their food. If you want actual ramen and real food then this isn’t the place for it. You should save your money for actual restaurants. Overall, I paid $32 for these three dishes. The price is too much for its small portion and taste.
It's good but I give it 4 stars cause the other day we went for a take out so we ordered one strawberry crepe with everything on it and two STRAWBERRY crepes with no frosting, nutella or chocolate so I guess they wrote plain and they literally gave us the the crepe plain, not even with strawberries just the crepes by themselves so we were literally laughing out loud when we got home and saw that, we live 25min away so we weren't gonna go back and we weren't mad cause it happens but I hope they pay more attention on those things cause some people can be rude when things like this happen, still love it there, everything is delicious.
Always delicious! Excellent Tonkatsu Udon everytime, and my favorite is the honeydew smoothie with boba!
Cashier was nice. However the wait was ridiculously long for one drink order. I was the only customer there (I’m guessing there’s online orders) This smoothie is good but definitely not worth 23minutes of my time
I am obsess with this restaurant! This is a nice place to come here with friends or family. It’s not such a large place, so the seatings vary from a two seat to a four seat table. They have a small amount of items but very great food and drinks! I love the Thai ramen. That was a really tasty ramen. The broth had a mild taste. It was super delicious! With the amount of meat options it gives made the ramen taste really delicious. So mouthwatering and flavorful. I could eat it again. :)
Shop is small, quiet. Permanent signage hasn't changed over from Sno Crave yet. Staff is helpful and friendly. We got Boba drinks, mango snow and buttered milk toast. The toast usually takes 20 minutes but ours came a bit faster. We were in and out in less than half an hour.
Associate is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer my questions on some drink choices. I can't drink certain items so it was a relief to be able to know what came in my drink. Thank you!
Spicy Tonkotsu with Ramen tasted good. The Ramen is stronger than instant noodles you can get at home. The soup/flavor is nice and thick. It had a decent amount of meat. I can't speak for the snowy consumables yet as I haven't tried them. It looked like they had Pearl/Boba drinks too. There's K-pop playing on a screen. Even if that's not your thing, it gives the place a more lively vibe.
service was medicore and they didn't know how to make a Frappuccino. The drink I wanted they were out of and the young lady who took our order wasn't the easiest to work with.
The cheesecake crepe had mold on the back absolutely disgusting but the boba was amazing but the crepe was not okay
