Didn't receive what I ordered ordered 2 for $4. And 2 for $5.received 3,for small 1 double should of check before .left didn't want to go back because of gas.
drive through had long line so I went inside and when I was ordering my food the manger or shift lead or who ever he was was rude 2 me twice when I was placing my food . And when I called to tell him the food I ordered was wrong like I work in costumer service as well . Sad that all them employees feel like that don’t wanna be there . And food is cold . And also only 3 ppl working so if yu like to know why the lines long that’s why they have ppl that seem they don’t wanna work there never going back to that place will be calling manger in the am nothing gets done corporate is next
Night time shift has such poor customer service n lack of work ethic missed a whole combo n I asked for no tomato n they gave me 6 pieces of tomatoes highly suggest ordering somewhere else night manager has poor customer service also wen asking about my order had such a bad attitude
If you want to wait 20-30mins to get your food. Then you will like that Jack in the Box. I have given this place so many chances but tonight I had to wait 20mins just to get to the order screen to find out they are only taking cash and it’s been like that for the last 4 and they is nothing they can do. I told them well if you put up a sign… I wouldn’t not been stuck in this line for 30mins. Please someone fix this Jack in the box. I love Jack in the box.
If you like flies best place to eat. I don't like insects in my food the health inspector should take a stroll into Jack in the box and see how flies are swarming around that food.
Went in at 8am because jack in the box supposedly offers all menu items at all times. After being told they didn’t have chicken because in was too early in the morning, I instead orders two $5 meat lovers burritos. Not only were the burritos very small, but the girl who took my order was incredibly rude and impatient, and my sprite was mostly soda water. VERY VERY disappointed. It’s clear that no care is placed for their customers. Will not be going back.
Jack in the Box has the BEST tiny tacos. I can eat a box of them by myself. Keep making those little guys!!
One of the few fast food places we frequent, heck, the only place since Taco Bell killed the pizza and green burrito. We get the sourdough jack and egg rolls. Yum.

I ordered a jumbo Jack and was pleasantly surprised. Compared to heir competition Burger King, the Jumbo Jack was ten times better than Burger king's Whopper. Jack In The Box actually tries to make their burgers like the ones pictured on the menu. Sorry, I ate mine before I thought to take a picture. I'll try again another time.
