Visited place just yesterday.. picked up fresas con crema.. and they were good but with very little liquid cream. I also got corn with tajin and cheese and it was extremely salty and super sour.. the young kid that prepared it really messed up.. did not know how to do it.. I did not like service from 2 young guys working late Saturday .. will ? go back..
I tried the corn here and it was dry and not very tasty. I think I'll try the fruit next time. I think they specialize in fruit orders. I gave them three stars because customer service was great the ladies were very nice
If I was able to put 0 stars, I would. The last two times I’ve come and order the workers were extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no customer service. I’ve ordered things due to advertisement on Facebook and when I received my order it’s nothing like the Facebook post. Then when I told the lady, she was rude and said I didn’t specify what I wanted. When this place first opened up they had the most amazing humble attitude. But now, it’s trash. Will never be coming here again!! Frozen world is the best place to go.
This place is so unprofessional. Not sure if the owner was on her period or what. She’s always friendly but this one time, she sold us some cold rolled tacos. When I say cold I mean like frozen potatoes cold. I tried to make things right with her over the phone but she completely ignored the fact that we can get sick from eating this plate. She told me that she won’t replace it.I told her that we are loyal customers and refer so many people there. But she acted all stuck up.So I decided to call the health department and I made a complaint against this place..Next time listen to ur customers. Don’t be greedy to make a quick buck!!!!!
Amazing fruit bowl and roasted corn! Bacon wrapped hot dog was excellent too! The customer service is outstanding and fast! I will come back everytime I'm in Merced! Love this place!
Just moved to Merced and thought I would get a sub. Saw this establishment next door and I LOVE elote corn on the cob so I had to try it. Customer service was amazing and the owner was very kind, attentive, and willing to help me with any questions that I may have about their delicious food. I will definitely be going back real soon!

The worst Customer service in my life I’ve ever experience I went in purchased an Agua Fresca but it was extremely sweet I asked to pour half out and add water to dilute with the young lady helping me out went to ask the female owner on premises… young lady came back saying, I I can’t do that due to policy .. But than the owner yelled across the room you can buy a water bottle and add it yourself!! Rude don’t go to this place plus they don’t wear gloves ? while preparing food just an observation!!
I called and placed an order for pickup when they opened at 11am and was told it would be 15-20 minutes yet I get there at 11:15 and they are still closed and wait around until 11:28 and they were still closed, I called to let them know I was there and she is going to tell me “ Yes we open in ten minutes when it was about to be 11:30”, I left. So ridiculous you can not run a business like that with kids working and not caring about customer service relationships this happened on May 13th
Went into the store today for the first time. A man, I'm assuming was the owner, was very nice and helpful! He told me how almost everything is home made and let me sample some juices. I got some loca juice that was the BOMB! I went in not really knowing what to expect, and instead of just saying "Let me know if you have any questions." he was attentive and made me definitely want to come back.
