I love their energy and positivity. Very kind workers. Never a dull moment. And the drinks are GREAT

I come here quite often. Just moved to town a few months ago. It was refreshing to see a dutch bros in the area as that's what I would have at my former town.Customer service: the teens/college kids are very upbeat and positive. I'm an introvert so it sometimes is a bit too much. However, not to the point I am not understanding they are just doing their best. However, there is 1 young lady that always gives me dirty looks. I don't know why, and she's rude, and short when taking my order or bringing my drink. I prefer not to deal with her. I don't know her name I just know she's a bit heavy set, dark skin, and frizzy hair. Wears a Jean jacket sometimes. She's just rude. Another con that doesn't always happen is sometimes when taking orders they chit chat too long some of us are on a 30 min lunch break and don't have time to wait for you to catch up with your friends... meanwhile the other line has 3-4 cars already placing orders.Drinks: I choose this place 1. For their fast service. (Usually when they aren't chit chatting) 2. Because their drinks actually taste like what they are called. I used to go to the "mermaid place" and no matter what flavor you order they all taste the same.
Lots of drink options. Something for everyone. Girl at window was nice enough to offer drink suggestions and make a sticky note of them while we waited without even asking, how sweet and kind of her. Bless her soul, young girl has a lot to live for in life?
First time visiting Dutch Bros. Employees are very upbeat. Must be a great employer. I was most impressed by the Employees energy. Positive vibe.
So happy to find Dutch Bros in Merced as there are no shops in Bay Area. Their sizes look bigger than Starbucks. Ordered caramelizer, really great! To me it tasted more special and better than the one from Starbucks. Hopefully, Dutch Bros can come to the Bay Area! I wish I can have more chance to try every options.

Every time I've been here I've never had problems getting orders and staff seems super kind.Nitro infused coffees have more calories than Starbucks nitro infused coffees FYI, though the selection is even better.Doesn't have online ordering (I think) but they don't take too long like Starbucks does.Better than Starbucks overall.
So told them it was my first time, I didn't get his name but the employee gave me the drink for free. It is actually really good and the fact he was lugging around a Grogu, (Baby Yoda), at work was just even more fun. Had an absolutely excellent experience and will be going again! ? A little longer wait time than I'd have liked but the car in front of the line had 4 cups in one vehicle so it was understandable.
Bunch of flavors the possibilities are endless. My go to drink is a pink flamingo or eclipse rebel. The freezes are good too I usually get a picture perfect but I like sweet so It's all personal preference. I get dutch literally every week, so if you're like me get the app and you can get a bunch or free drinks.
