We usually order the pan pizzas, they typically make them so good here but sometimes they skim on toppings. Like tonight we had maybe one mushroom per slice. The pizzas were still delicious but we basically paid for 3 topping pizzas and got two toppings.
This dominos DOES NOT HONOR deals presented on commercials or in the app. They either just don't recognize them at all or charge way more for the same deal than any other dominos in the trip county area.
They've always been quick from the ordering to the delivery. The food is consistent and the staff is professional.
Every time I have ordered here the food has been perfect and the delivery people have all been incredibly friendly and positive. Only had 1 mistake on 1 order ever and they corrected it before delivering and I got both the mistake and the correction. Fantastic service. Whatever you’re doing over there, keep doing it. Thank you!
The park ave store is truly the friendliest Dominos in merced and the manager is perfect always greets customers with a happy hello if she had no mask on I know her smile would be there as well.. they make the pizzas with gloves and everyone is moving together as a team. My daughter says deliciously great pizza her favorite.
Ah if you like generic pizza, not my thing. I recommend: Tary Boscolos in Atwater, Little Oven Pizza or Pizza Villa over chain pizza any day. ?
I called in the order because I was paying cash and I had $85 pizza order so I couldn’t do it online it was a paid on my card so I called in and pick it up. A girl answer the phone and immediately said please hold put me on hold for five minutes, came back put me on hold again a second time for two minutes then came back after that and asked me what I needed I then told her I wanted to place an order but couldn’t do so online because it was too much it was an 85$ order so I had to call in . She immediately told me well you may have to wait an hour and a half I said that’s OK it’s 4 o’clock that’s why am ordering super early. Then she said oh well your number is not on file which is totally not true I have an app online that I’ve been using for over five years. She asked me for my phone number and said she would call me back to confirm before I even could put in an order. She never called back. I then called back a minute laterNobody answer the phone. Then I called three more times and it was almost as if they were ignoring my call . The only thing I could think of is when I said it was a big order she didn’t seem like she wanted to take my order or help me at all. I called one last time the fourth time she answers the phone and immediately hands it to a guy the guy was super nice took my order no questions asked even gave me a coupon and was fantastic. My husband went to go pick up four pizzas two extra large pepperonis and two deluxe is when he got there after we said we would be there at 5:15 to have them ready since we ordered at 4:20 they said OK. When he got there they were not ready and he had to wait 20 minutes longer before he could get the pizzas to bring home. The pizza was delicious everything was really good the service however at the beginning was horrible seriously the lady who answered the phone should be fired very bad customer service. I am very glad for the guy who answered the phone afterwards he did a great job and the pizza tasted delicious. The manager needs to take a good look at The service there he needs to call in his self and place an order and see what happens very sad I love dominoes have been coming here a very long time I probably will continue but not if they don’t act like they want to work very disappointing but the pizza was very good.
My pizza is always hot and ready went I pick it up and good. Wish there was better portions with the meat toppetings.
