I would never recommend anyone to come to Mountain Mike's on Olive in Merced California due to bad service also Pizza is very doughy never cooked right. Also manager does not take ownership or care what the customers say would never ever buy pizza from them again very unsatisfied
I called in to place an order and was put on hold for atheist 15minutes. while on hold I drove there and while I was still on hold I walked in and No one was on the phone or in line and the girls were just cutting bread and barely working but too busy to take my order. then when I placed the order in person me and one other person waited over 30 minutes for them to make our combined 3 sandwiches... I will never return here nor recommend this place for the horrible customer service.
I live about an hour away from this location and will always stop her whenever I’m in town. I ordered a large sandwich half to eat now, half to eat later (asked for all toppings on the side so my sandwich didn’t go soggy). I love pickles a lot, so I asked for some extra on the side for the sandwich I was going to eat now. The girl taking the order seemed nice enough to supply me with them. However, the woman making the sandwiches had an issue with that. Her tone quite patronising telling me “I put three extra pickles for you” - which There was not. I offered to pay for extra pickles as I just wanted some pickles!!! She refused and I walked out the store. It’s not the first time she’s spoke to me in a condescending tone and I’m not here for it.As it’s not the first time, and probably won’t be the last is why I have decided to leave a review this time.
First time there. Stopped in after church. Great food and great customer service. I will be back.
The sandwiches are great. I never really liked this until I started going here. The only issue is timing. I will usually order online and pick up during my lunch break. I've done over 15 orders and they have never once had my order ready on time. After I noticed the trend, I started setting up the pick up time earlier and would arrive later. Even then, they still didn't start making my order until I got there. It's quite annoying since it's my lunch break and I don't have that much time. Just as a heads up if you are online ordering. Food is delicious though

The sandwiches were a lot lot better than what I thought they would be. I had never been to A deli delicious before and I was impressed with how good the sandwiches were. They were not dry nor overly moist. Our sandwiches were just very delicious
