I like breakfast. It is mt favorite type of food selection. Being new to Merced area my wife and I hit a few places until we stumbled across the Country Waffles.The menu has pretty much anything a normal water would like. The food is very good, wife lives it, and they make the best biscuits and gravy I have found, outside of my mother's, of course. That sounds cliche but my mother was an orphan and never was taught to cook.... except for country gravy. Yup, in my house it was gravy on wonder bread or dry cereal. So I am the expert on gravy. I think they only open for lunch and dinner.Wait staff is on top of things and polite. I like it.Been back a few more times... They keep hitting on all cylinders.
The best waffles I have ever had , crispy outside and fluffy inside with awesome flavor. Highly recommended!!!
The good was very cold when it came out 15 minutes later. I had powder sugar on everything.The 2 stars was for good service cause the food isn't that great.
Im from down south and by far the two times I been to this place for T-bone and eggs it has been amazing looking forward to going back
