I was in a few weeks ago and was appalled by the way the manager or owner had treated one of the girls working , she was doing everything she could to help this lady customer who was being a complete KAREN to the employee and the guy just treated this employee so awful I’ve worked and managed restaurants I know how to properly manage and handle situations I will never go in again due to the way this man handled and treated his employee these girls are young and just trying to work hard he should treat them better he should be ashamed
Terrible experience. They had something like seven people behind the counter, and NONE of them were serving people. First the people behind us in line left, then we left. The manager was there, and he didn't seem to care. I guess they get enough business anyway.
This is the first Cold Stone I have ever been to that doesn't mix the ingredients properly to get a bite of everything together. I got the peanut butter cup perfection & it was like I was only eating chocolate ice cream. I questioned this and it was re-made.I watched it made again and for the size I got they did not use 2 pb cups, enough pb or chocolate syrup.Expensive waste of money when I treated myselfIt was also dirty. Need to clean table and take trash out

I got the cookie dough bits in my cookie dough ice cream. The ice cream was ok but the cookie dough was salty! Thought they were soy sauce chunks. Im honestly not a big fan of the ice cream there. My gf loves it so I guess depends on the person. Customer service is also decent, returning only cause it's my gf's favorite.

Though I really enjoyed my ice cream I give this Coldstone location 3 stars as they need to clean up inside (floor, windows, equipment, etc). I hope they clean it up or I'll sadly have to cross them off my list because if a business doesn't care how clean they are, imagine the state of the food they serve!

My husband and I came in to celebrate good news with ice cream, which the employee made and tasted great.The three stars is for the lack of cleanliness. One out of three tables were clean enough for us to sit at. All the chairs that didn't have plastic covers on them are black from old stains. On our way out we noticed a dead bug by the front door. Even if there was only one employee working it wasn't busy and the tables and floors could have at least been cleaned. The manager should look into new chairs.
