great place. was quick in and out. absolutely loved the food! bomb chicken bowls, my son loved the burrito and the bowl.
Stood at the counter waiting to be helped for about 10 minutes while the workers ignored me in an empty lobby, I interrupted my way into a conversation with an employee and was told my order still wasn't ready despite being sent a confirmation email that it was. Then the employee realized they were incorrect and tossed my order onto the counter without saying a word. Not only that, when I finally got home and opened up my food, my order was completely incorrect. I ordered 3 pollo asado tacos with crunchy shells and was given steak tacos with soft shells. Won't be coming back.
Great customer service ! I GrubHubbed an order that was missing content when received by driver. I called Chipotle but they were already closing so no service. I then drove to site and arrived during closing. I spoke with supervisor Arturo, who explained that the app was faulty and so the food was what Chipotle received from the GrubHub order. Arturo then appollogized and said for me to come back tomorrow and mention his name and my missing portion will be replaced free of charge.For Arturo: I am a retired US combat veteran, but in this case I say,"THANK YOU, for YOUR SERVICE. Keep up the great work !
I ordered on the website and the order was completely wrong. The portion size is way smaller than when you go to the store.. It came through door dash and the expected wait was 34 min I waited over an hour for the wrong order. They do not answer their phone so I called door dash who got me in touch with chipotles customer service....I've been waiting 35 min to talk to someone....
Pretty fitting place for merced as the service is sub par as ud expect for merced food places. Ask for extra lettuce? They give u a lil bit as if lettuce is so expensive wat a joke
My order was completely wrong when I received it. The door dash person(I went through chipotles site) was VERY late and I called him and he was rude. Chipotle doesnt answer their phone...
Service was poor, they seem to value takeout before all in house customers and don’t seem to be staffed for in-house customers, no salad sauce, smaller portions less value for your money and meat no longer seems fresh
For whatever reason I was given a free burrito upon checkout which made it all even more delicious! Shout out to the manager! Very much appreciated!!!
I ordered off Uber. When the order came, the bag had my name on it but the burrito was wrong so I know it was Chipotles error. I ordered a double meat steak burrito with everything and I got some salad chicken burrito. I called Chipotle over and over and no one answered the phone. Thanks for making my bad day worse. Travis, whoever you are, I've got your burrito.
