The staff was so kind. We had an online order and we called to add an item. We got everything but my jalapeño burger didn't have jalapenos. I went in and gave them the receipt and the burger and they remade it. When the handed me the food they offered me a soda or ice cream. Thinking of my kids I picked ice cream and she came with a GIANT cone of ice cream. I got home and had also gotten a bag of fries. They had apologized and fixed everything really fast. Not many places I can say do that.
The two girls working were such a vibe. The tall girl and the girl with a butterfly tattoo. Very happy and great customer service!! Unlike other times where the girls are moody and seem unhappy to be there!!!
The food was amazing! Burgers were awesome and so juicy! Staff acted bored, as if we were an inconvenience, and genuinely rude. It was 1:30pm not very busy but steady, so the eyeroll when asking for a moment was not necessary as we had never been here. Maybe next time we will order online...
The ghetto white girl with face tattoos was rude, we spent over $70 and said she was only going to give us 2 ranch and charge if we wanted more. Hella rude! No manners from her no respect for her, learn something little girl. Your face looks like trash with that on it. Only giving two stars because the other girl who brought out our order (because we were parked) to us was actually kind unlike the white with face tattoo? she said she wasn't sure how many ranch we wanted but put a few, and even brought our receipt and ketchup. How nice of her at least our experience wasn't pure trash thanks to the service from face tattoo at drive thru.
I ordered fish and chips. 3 pieces of fish and a generous portion of crinkle cut fries.. it was clean inside. Employee was helpful and nice. Food was good
What happened?? It's like they don't care about their customers. Burgers were sloppy, fries weren't seasoned. They won't stay open much longer at this rate. Unhappy. Not sure if we'll go back.
I used to come here years ago and everything was really good and it was nice to be there. I recently ordered through doordash and the food now is not the same. The patties are thinner and the burgers are loaded with thick slices of onion and tomatoes. For my order, I replaced the fries from the combo for onion rings but instead I was served with fries, regardless that they charged me extra for the onion rings.... I also asked for an extra cheese on one of the burgers from my order but instead I got no cheese... even though I was charged for it as well. I'm sure it's a simple mistake but 2 mistakes?? I dont know. Just a bit disappointed and most likely won't order again online.
Nice local place to stop and eat. The burger was hot and juicy. Next time I want to try out one of their milkshakes. Definitely worth the stop. Beats Carl's Jr. By a long shot.
The cashier lady for somewhat discouraging but at the end of the day the pastrami was tasty as hell my fish and chips are nice too but you know a little more friendly service for people that are out of town anyway I'll give it a four just because I like people
