Employees on drive thru seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. Second time here with bad experience. It’s either missing items or overcharged me. Won’t be coming back.
Food is great. So are the ladies that work there. They really helped me out when I was having some issues. Thank you.
Ordered a meal today and lady kept rushing me even though no one was in the drive through lane around 3:30pm then I asked her for sauce and she wanted to charge me when she hadn’t even given me one sauce I understand if I had already been given some but she was charging me when I hadn’t gotten any sauce with a full meal
The manager or supervisor needs to be fired from this place. They ran out of all sauce for restaurant. Ontop of that, knowing they are out of sauce they could of put a sign infront to let people kwn about it but they didnt!
This place is 5 star quick and normally no hastle, rarely out of supplies unlike the store on Olive ave . I drive across town when I crave my whopper and sprite zero.
Extremely rude people work here. To be avoided. They will have you waiting at the counter for 20 minutes. Thought it was me but all my coworkers say the same thing.
Actually zero stars the manager needs to be fired, the headsets need to be fixed because when you order nothing can be heard so you are stuck with the wrong order and then they make you pay for thier mistake. The store should swallow the cost adjustment when thier stuff dosent work get things fixed. I live by, but will no longer be giving them my business ever again
The wait time is horrible at times,but the customer service and staff are awesome! Food is always fresh at this location.
Small town with Lil urban sad attitudes for staff. Guess you should be happy there is a Burger King there.
