Brianna the Manager is the worst with the employees. Went May 8th. She was beyond rude to one of her employees. Than sent the poor girl home. Worst restaurant in Merced
I went through the drive-thru today at Burger King I actually bought for my own car and for my friend right behind me as a surprise ? so my review today will just be about their drive-thru. The line was not too long I waited about 5 minutes. The person who took my order was very thorough and she repeated my order and make sure to get it right. When I went to the window to pay the girl at the window was very polite and was happy to see that I was paying for the car behind me. My whole order was correct which is a bonus because if I go to McDonald's for my kids they're always getting the order wrong. The food was all cooked properly and it was very presentable. Nothing went wrong it was a smooth drive-thru pickup and I will be going there again good job Burger King!
It's 9PM THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, I DRIVE THERE AND IT SEEMS OPEN, THEN I ASK FOR A WHOPPER BUT THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE MEAT FOR THE BURGER?THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THAT THEY DON'T HAVE FOODIf u have another food option don't waste your time here.(cashiers they always are really nice and polite)
If I could give a zero I would. We went there tonight and they were out of fries and onion rings. We tried to order a meal because it was cheaper then ordering separately and the lady would let us. She said we had to order separate cause they didn't have an item.
Everytime I go they are out of the most common stuff out of iced coffee in the morning , always out of fries dont even have a common soda which is coke so I the future just save your money and go else where And at the window they will completely ignore the costumers
Phenomenal nostalgia!! Reminded me of good times with friends and the 99 cent Whopper deal back in high school days. I ordered the 37 - 40 cent Whopper via the BK app and met up with a girlfriend on location. We picked up our our order, some 7oz Coronitas elsewhere and enjoyed lunch & conversation. This 5 star rating puts emphasis on the Whopper's 37 cent birthday promotion, their app, and their coupon mailer. If you enjoy a good charbroil...Burger King is definitely the value king ? in the fast food space.
Sad to say I'll be stopping my visits for Merced Burger King. Store hours have not updated, so when I made an order online, it went through. Drove to BK and the automated machine at drive thru told me they were closed. Went the next day to speak with a manager and I'm honest about my order the night before, she unapologetically told me they close at 11 PM and not 12 AM. Did not offer me any complimentary food, as it was only a few dollars of purchase that I ordered more food. My first order the night before was only a sandwich, which I wasn't like other people who lie about buying a meal so they can get free food that they didn't order. Wasn't my fault for their inconvenience of not updating the app and I drove out of my way for no reason. I don't think BK has ever had nice employees in this location for years. Also did not get my ranch with my onion rings. And they gave me fruit punch instead of raspberry, like they said they would.I should add that last time I went, they said it was policy they could use their bare hands to handle food because they "wash" their hands. I don't agree. Until you're at home, you should not be at a public restaurant making food with your bare hands. Would you eat it or have an appetite if it was you in the customer’s position?A lot of wrong things, so many to write, so little time.***Update: I got my $1.08 refund for my purchase, wow, thanks.
Very good customer service polite friendly always smiling. But they are really slow and exciting the order waited 20 minutes to get the food and drive through
WAited along time to get order my food. Burger King on their app. had a pretty pumpkin milkshake didn't have it on menu.
I really like their bacon BBQ burgers, but they have gotten very dry. They used to be 'slathered' in the sauce. Now it's barely a teaspoon on it.
