We had a wonderful meal! We ordered the king crab combo (which only had 3 legs) and came with corn, potatoes and shrimp. I added an order of mussels also and everything was really good. I loved the garlic butter flavor but they have lots to choose from. My only complaint was when picking up the order. They should have a separate line for online pick up because this place is really popular so it doesn’t feel right to cut the line when there is only on person working the front. Overall it is a bit pricey but not bad if you split the cost with someone. Would try again!

Always a good time eating here. No complaints what so ever. Friendly staff. Fast seating. Quick when your order is coming. Of course with seafood, especially crabs, it's always going to be market price so have no complaints with pricing. Seafood are always seasoned well.
I love this place. Their food is so tasty, delicious, and perfectly cooked. I always make my own bags with the items I like. My favorite is their Cajun mild shrimp with potatoes, corn, and a boiled egg. I also love their Cajun fish that comes with salad and rice. They serve good portions and their food is always fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When you order take out they always give you good time estimates and when you arrive they are quick at checking you out. If you love seafood, you have to go there!
Great service. The kids loved the robot servers that brought food to the table. Raw oysters are served with lime and Tabasco. The seafood boil comes in a bag as shown. Feels a little weird and is messy to reach in and grab the food, but they provide gloves. If you like spicy seafood, definitely check it out.

I've never been to a place like this before - it felt almost surreal, and not in a good way.The prices at the restaurant are exorbitantly high, especially at a restaurant where you literally eat with just your hands. Ontop of easily having to pay fifty dollars for a meal for two, you are only given plastic cutlery to use, along with a plastic plate and cup. We asked our server about this, and she responded by saying it was so they wouldn't have to deal with washing out stains on the cups/silverware. I was genuinely confused, because... isn't that what a good dishwasher employee is supposed to do?The automated robot was an interesting take, but it seemed like there was next to no point in having one as a server would have to go out with it regardless, making the purpose of automation in the first place redundant.The food was nothing special either, tasting bland and generic, which was surprising given what you're paying for. The fish and chips were good, though, but I wouldn't go to the restaurant for that alone...I can definitely get with the theme of getting "Down 'n Dirty" with your hands and was open to the idea of eating without any restraint to having to deal with social etiquette, but the restaurant and the execution of that idea fell flat hard. It felt like the restaurant cut corners at any opportunity to cut costs and was tacky as hell, with not even providing decent utensils and cups/plates, using automation (although done redundantly), and the insane prices for the uninspired food. I wouldn't go here again. I respect the idea of trying something new though, so I'll give two stars. Included a picture of some of the food I had too, which... you can decide for yourself, haha.Seems to work for others, but sorry, it's not for me.
Truly, Truly Amazing!!!! This is definitely at the top of my list of favorites. All I can say is WOW !!! They have something for everyone. Staff is very kind and helpful. Put your bib on and get ready for a taste explosion. Whenever I visit Merced, Ca again, I'll pay them another visit. ????
Good food and excellent service. First time I have had a Robot deliver my food, the waitress still had to place our food on the table. Love the table setup, with disposable cloth. Plastic ware and drinking cups do everything is just gathered up in the table covering at the end of the meal.
