I’ve grown to expect a certain atmosphere and customer service experience when I go to a Starbucks and generally equate it as a reliable chain but this particular location is a real mess. I attended on a Tuesday afternoon around 2. I waited at the cash register to be helped for five minutes while two baristas talked to each other and the cashier was held up at the toaster oven. Customer service was non existent. Yes, the tea I purchased was as expected.. but the counters and floor were really dirty (had the urge to sanitize as soon as I left the place!) When I used the restroom, it was filthy. The floors and ground near the toilet were covered with hair and layered dust that gave me the impression it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. No soap at sink. One star for the filth or the establishment, and that they are understaffed. I won’t stop there again.

They know what they doing here.....rare but true...

Went there this morning around 7:55am for my surprise it was closed even though on google said it was open since 6am. Did all the starbucks changed their schedule or what’s going on?

It sucks you can't give a tip on a card, for the good service. Every were else they let you put it on the card.

Give these employees a raise.? Customer service is great, especially considering this location attracts local Karens.

Great pumpkin muffin

I went to this Starbucks with high hopes. Little did I know I soon would be having the worst retail experience I ever knew. I ordered an Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade, then found out they were out of peach. I then ordered a Mango Dragonfruit refresher. Afterwards, I received my drink just to find out they were also out of the dragonfruit chunks. This didn’t upset me too much, but when I found out they had no baked goods at all, that was enough for me. I walked out the door completely unsatisfied.

Best Starbucks, Staff is always welcoming and friendly!

I just wanted to acknowledge one of your employees, Juan Rodriguez. It is always a delight to see him in the morning, he is warm, caring and you can’t help but smile (under a mask of course these days) when you leave to start the day. He even remembers to make my drink with my specific requests. It makes me sad that he will no longer be at this Starbucks but he is such an important asset to your company, I hope he continues to shine and grow!!

Always love the people at this store, particularly Juan Rodriguez! They always welcome you with a warm greeting, know your drink orders and have them ready when you come in.
